Hello Everyone!

I'm a new member to this forum & have been reading through numerous posts. I really like what I have been reading so far. Most "review" sites seem to be simply landing pages that are promoting other "opportunties and the forums tend to be overrun with debates fueled by over zealous skeptics.

I have been investigating several home-based business opportunities and am wondering if anyone has any information, or has any experience with one that appears to be selling air quality enhancement products. The response emails I have been receiving direct me to a website called "Freedon in 4 STeps" that seems to be promoting a system called "Creating Wealth Fom Home", listing a Greg Montoya as the "owner"?!?!

As with many other business opportunity sites, it is a maze of redirection which will only allow me more info. after I speak to one of their reps to obtain and password to gain entry into their VIP section.

Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! kalien

Thanks getagrip! I had been perusing RipOffReport - it's actually one of the sites I was referring to in my post. I was getting so discouraged by all the negativity I was seeing about [b]every[b] opportunity I was investigating that I started investigating the sources of the many "review" sites. Now I've learned, once again, to take things "where they come from" and with many garins of salt. That's why I'm hoping that this forum will allow me to "speak" to other real people in the same boat as me.

The sad reality of the situation is that you're never going to find a business that EVERYONE succeeds in and those who don't succeed are going to be vengful for the most part...largely due to overpromising sales tactics used to recruit new people or vendors, or affiliates. That being said. join me and make millions tomorrow...jk

On a more serious note: with any business you have to take into account the success vs. failure possibility. Just like a real store in the mall there is a chance you will not make it sometimes due to bad product, bad management, bad timing, acts of God(s). Web based businesses are pretty much the same thing, again people somehow expect more for some strange reason just because they are promised more and see these outlandish stories of made up super riches and think everyone on the net with a business is making money had over fist when in reality most are not.

In understand your frustration as i've been through it time and time again. Find something to either experement with that doesn't cost you much or that is free and learn the ropes a bit. After that you will be suprised what a net-street education can teach you in a month or 6 months, or a year. Half the garbage on the net I now see for what it really is....garbage.

best of luck to you.
