Its a Clickbank product so you should be able to get a refund if it doesn't turn out to be what it claims it is, but $167 is A LOT of money to invest up front...

You really won't make money with a dropshipping company on eBay.
I have a business with a business license and sometimes it is hard for me to find wholesalers even importers to buy from and compete with others.
It is do-able. You can compete. But I'm sure you have heard before. You need to find your "niche". Whatever it is that you want to specialize in and promote. That way you know how to take your pictures, offer your shipping prices and discounts, buy inventory in bulk for cheaper pricing. (meaning higher profit margins). etc.
Even buying in HIGH quantities from importers there is a low profit margin and it is hard to make it worth it.
I am not a fan of eBay and PayPal. However if you really want to make money with eBay, please allow me to suggest their affiliate program.
They are switching over to a ppc program. Where they buy the clicks off of you depending on "quality".
It looks like it might be a good alternative to adsense in some cases.
