well went on a hunt for a no start up fee .. work at home business.. and came across community hotline.. chked w/ ripoff report.. no reports. does anyone know about this or heard of it? there is soo much scamm.. how can you tel what is authentic and what isnt...???

Well for starters that site isn't a work at home business. It looks to me that it may be more for advertising if you already have a business.

If you want to work from home with no investment you should try bum marketing. Get yourself a good course on that and you will learn exactly how to make money from home.
