Has anyone made money with coastal vacations? How much money would I need to invest in it? Thank you for your help.
Sandy

Hey Sandy hope you got my message. Here are some great resources to really take a look at Coastal Vacations.
officialcoastaltraining(dot)com officialcoastaltools(dot)com
These are free sites created by the Coastal Vacations Board of directors to help all members of Coastal. As many have begun to talk about there are different levels of investment. They are:
Level One - $1295 Premier - $3995 Platinum - $11000
As for ongoing fees and expenses it really depends on you and your budget. Many of the groups in Coastal have websites with various features that range from about $40 a month to upwards of $150 a month. You also have to consider your advertising which I teach my teammates how to do for free to buying leads or generating them in various methods. Again it depends on you and your time commitment to your business and the skills you have already. If you arent a phone person I wouldnt suggest buying leads you must call. Or if you have no internet marketing skills I wouldnt have you do internet marketing. Again if you joined with me we would create a plan to fit your needs.
I hope this helps and again I look forward to talking soon.

Personally, I don't think I'd invest that much money in a business all at once - there are a lot of opportunites out there that have much more reasonable start up fees. I think, however, that Adam has some kind of free program you can join, so that is probably the way to go if you are interested in CV.

Thanks for the plug getagrip. The reason I started my free program was just for that. Many opportunities have low start-up fees and many people join just because of that. With CV the start-ups are higher as well as the commissions but to be honest not everyone has $1295 - $11000 to invest or more so people are afraid to risk that much. So to make my program open to everyone I created a free program.
The results have been great and people that liked CV but couldnt get started now have the opportunity. I do always recommend getting started on the paid program as the commissions are higher but I like to open up things to everyone.

...Yep, you're right - Getagrip... there are a lot of business opportunities out there that are a lot less to get into...
I've done a few of them and the reason I chose Coastal was the fact that with some of the other home businesses I had either tried or researched , you need to recruit several hundred people before you can make a couple thousand a month in residual...
And with Coastal Vacations, all it takes is ONE sale, and it can be a retail sale or a new team member joining your team - for you to make anywhere from $1000 - $9700 a month!
The beauty of all these different business opportunities is the fact that we can find what works for each of us and go with it -
There is one common thread though with all of them though - and it's simply this....
It takes committment, dedication, persistence, and consistency to bring it up!
Cheers to all and make it great in 2008!
Viola

Hi Sandy,
I was with Coastal Vacations for a year and really struggled. I tried to use the package a dozen times and out of that only 2 times was successful, one was a $30 savings on a camping trip and the other on a car rental $40. I also had to attend a time share presentation and well, it got to the point where I didn't feel good about sharing it with others. I know many successful directors who use the condo card but there are many other travel home businesses that can offer the same price or better. I know, because I'm in one. Anyway, I hope this helps. I did spend $11K for the level 3 so it's not like I wanted to just get my feet wet. I went all out. But again, the product didn't stand up to my expectations. I wrote a report about my experiences if you want to contact me.

Hi Adam, I joined CV but when our main biz went south like the economy, I had to get out. I would like to know your program? When I get back on my feet maybe I can attempt CV again, when I can afford leads and the website again. Take Care

Wow...blast from the past! Coastal was not a good move for me. Much, much happier with my current company.

I agree with getagrip. There are many opportunities that have a smaller start up coast. However you do have to spend some money to make money. It depends if you have a shoestring budget or big one.

There are so many travel companies out there now. From GRN, Coastal, Resorts 360, Mor Vacations,Cruise Clubs, etc. To much competiton. In my 7 years making great money from home you want something that is ground floor and unique. Something that offers people a win win situation doing something they would have done anyway. Yes with GRN and Resorts 360 you can get great travel deals but a lot of those deals can be found on other sites. Pick carefully.
