Thank you for understanding our frustration and sharing yours. It must have been overwhelming. One comment is regarding routers. I reviewed all emails, documentation, and weblinks provided during training and found where it indicated no wireless connections were allowed but did not find any mention of routers. For those of you who knew this, where did you find or learn that information?

Hi everyone I just wanted everyone to know do not cash you checks from Cloud 10 Corp They are not correct they have cheated people out of well deserved hours and they know it that is why they are trying to give people the 50.00 bonus but that doesnt saffice the 3 day of 7 hours of sitting on the phone that they only paid me for 2 hours for and my girlfriend 15min for. What a joke if your check is not right dont cash it we are starting a Class Action Law Suit They should not be able to do this to people not to mention all the time for traing tht we were out of that we did not get paid for and the money for the cloud 10 approved headset and then they dont have even pay what is due! DONT CASH THE CHECK IF IT IS NOT WHAT IS DUE. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB AND THE COLORADO NEWS TO HELP INVESTIGATE HOW MANY OF THE 600 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS THEY DID THIS TO!

I received my check on Tuesday and was ripped off on time and did not get my bonus. I have emailed them but expect not to get the bonus or what they owe me. I am glad I kept the receipt for my headset so I could at least return that.

Hey Everyone!! I wanted to mention that I did not get paid at all and I was logged into their systems for 2 days for a total of 14 hours. I contacted cloud 10 payroll team, and they are stating that I was not logged in , even though my T-Star showed "Pulling Next Call". They told me that they are looking into the issue, and that I should have a response by Monday, 03/09. I have a feeling that this isn't going to be easy battle for one person. We must hold this company Accountable!!!! It is a must!!! They cannot treat everyone so horribly, and then not pay anyone. I will gladly support the class action lawsuit as mentioned above, and if I don't end up getting paid, I will also contact the local media in Colorado as well. There is power is numbers, so lets be sure that we get what is owed to us. Thanks!!

To all those who worked for Cloud10 on their DTV Advisory Hotline from Feb 16th to Feb 20th and were short paid or not paid at all. Please band together and fill out this form and mail it to the Colorado Attorney General's Office.

http://www.ago.state.co.us/consline/complaint.pdf

http://www.coworkforce.com/lab/combodemand.pdf

Also complete the demand for payment form and mail that to them certified mail. According to the law they owe you 50 day starting 10 days from the day you were to be paid.

You can also file criminal charges against them as it is considered fraud read this;

I was just offered a job from Cloud 10 and was thinking wow this sounds good except for the hrs and the fact that I have emailed twice asking how often paid and how I would receive my checks but still no response. Nice I just went and spent an additional 50. dollars to get more ram on top of the other 200 I spent to get a pc and headset to meet requirements

Hi Crystal,
I would appreciate it if you contact me via email. I am pursuing cloud 10 legally and would like to know which news stations in CO you contacted and how you did it. I am also in Colorado and want to see what can be done. They, Cloud 10 Crp were found guilty of perjury during my unemployment hearing and assessed penalty fees as well for lying about the fact that they terminated me for misconduct instead of laying me off temporarily from a program. They have now taken me from active status and waiting for a program, to terminating me for filing unemployment during the time I was not working and for fighting them in the unemployment claim and having them get caught lying to the Department of Labor.
pls email me anyone who has anything else to add about cloud 10

email me at [email protected]

Hi,
Would you mind telling me more about the government jobs opportunity and what you like about Arise?
Thanks so much.
Carolyn
