If anyone is currently working for this company, I would appreciate a contact phone number for the support team or the HR department, I've received several confirmation emails, letting me know to advance to the next stage however, I've recently received an email with a link to advance to the next stage, but the link is bad. I've emailed the HR department, and the Support department, but the only response I receive it an email letting me know that my time is running out for the completion of the hiring process. Thank you for any information you provide.

Based on what you just said, it sounds like it would be better not to get involved - if their support is bad when you are not paying anything, it might actually be worse after you give them money!

ladyathome, it's link 4 the typing test, and I checked my status this morning, and all my current information has been deleted. The last email, I received stated that I had 24 hrs to complete the process. Are you a Cloud10corp. worker?

I applied to cloud 10 and am waiting for my phone interview but I do know of people who work for them, I am currently working with west but feel that cloud 10 is a bit more stable and consistent. I didn't have any issues with the typing test so hopefully you can get it straightened out, maybe it was the browser you use?

A friend of mine, says that one of her co-workers works for them as well. I was truly excited about the process until, I came upon that little snag with the link; then after I emailed the support team, and HR dept. that sent me email confirmation, and I didn't get a response I didn't know what to think. So, I've signed up again using a different email address, I'm waiting now to move on to stage 3. I'm glad to know there are others working with Cloud10. I will certainly keep you posted, I hope you do the same. Thank you so much for the response.

Ladyat home, did you have any problems with you phone interview? I had one scheduled for this evening and no one has called. I checked to make sure that I had the correct phone number and everything. I wonder if they will send me an email to reschedule?

Sounds like the company is poorly run. They are not communicating between departments. Do you really want to work for them?

I've spoken w/a few ppl, that say once you get pass all the red tape, they r really a good company 2 work 4. I just received another email letting me know, that I've submitted a 2nd application. What what I can tell, someone is not reading the emails. I'm to the point I want 2 give up.

A little info.... I saw the name and was reminded of a Search
Engine Optimization "Scam" that was being promoted a while
back... so I checked it out a little. I don't think its the same
group - but here is some info that might help you make an
informed decision about going into business with these people.

I don't have my phone interview until Tuesday, but I will let you know if I get a call and how it goes! Also the interview schedule is in Mountain time so make sure you convert it if you have to!

ladyathome,

Do you think you could possibly find out if there is a tech support#, to that actual office, I was supplied a # but, the only info they could assist me with was that Cloud10corp, is a client of theirs. I wish I could find someone with a good typing link, so that I could proceed.

Good luck on the phone interview, although I alread know you'll knock em dead.

Lady at home, I finally touched base with the HR department, and resolved my typing test issue, for some reason my Java script was disabled, I enabled it, took the test, passed, now I'm waiting for an email to confirm the interview time.

I do have a question though, what does it mean in the scheduling portion when it says;
Search results for any available time blocks during 3/27/2008 to 4/10/2008 and then after it says; Jerrie
No available time blocks for Kim during 3/27/2008 to 4/10/2008, then when I try to submit, it shows me (Phone Interview not scheulded). I did hit the submit button. I'm beginning to think this is not for me. Did you have any of these problems?

yea it said that for a while with me, about a day or so, that just means that all of the interview times are filled, but they add new ones daily so I would check it daily . If there are times available it will say the date and time and have a radio button for you to select for the time you want. I just got mine schedule today because they added new ones, so keep checking it and let me know when you get one!

I am letting anyone know, I just got hired by cloud10. They are a completely legit company. You do have a set schedule, so your pay is guaranteed as long as you work your shift. I didn't have any problems going through the application process. As pp mention java script could be a problem with the typing test, also you may need to try a different browser. HTH!
