I wanted to tell everyone what I have just found out myself and joined very quickly because this one is going to go like wildfire! Almost EVERYONE already has a Facebook and just yesterday they launched a new APP called TalkToChat that puts a little screen to your page that anyone can click on and send a text to your phone from your Facebook. You can also reply to the messgae from your phone and it go right on your Facebook page. The thing is, you pay Facebook $5.99 a month to join through paypal and then you get paid $2.00 a month residual income from anyone you get to join and it goes 8 levels deep. This is going to be one of those where the people who get in first will be the ones to make the big bucks because this is so simple that everyone will jump on because it's totally free to make money if you only get 3 people! Which also means that Facebook will become saturated pretty fast, so this is not one to wait on. The good news is there are 100's of thousands of people already using Facebook and 100's more joining everyday!
I am assuming they are trying not to get too overwhelmed at first since this just started yesterday, because once you join, it will only allow you to invite no more then 5 friends a day on Facebook to join the new APP. But it doesn't say anything about getting the word out to as many as you can otherwise, so I wanted to pass this info along and let everyone know about this cool new easy way to make some good money and I am just so thankful that I have some VERY good business contacts out there who notify me with the good stuff as soon as it happens!

Update regarding chattotext. I along with many others are experiencing issues having paid our money. I started a discussion on facebook about my particular issue and it would seem there are a number of others who are having the same problem. I will keep you all posted if the issue is resolved..

I personally am already making money and I had a conference call tonight and the guy that got me in got over 150 people in one day! This thing is going CRAZY! In 48 hours there are already 1000's on board!!! I also needed to correct my statement about how many people use Facebook already... there are currently over 200 MILLION Facebook users to date! I think because there are so many that already use it, it's that much easier for people to want in on this opportunity.

OK, here's the deal! I am VERY BUMMED about this... Facebook pulled the plug on the new APP! BUT, everyone that paid in will get any money they have made. It will be paid out on Feb. 15th as stated. In the meantime, they are trying to get this reinstated as soon as possible because it in no way violates any of Facebooks regulations. There is a service that you are buying into, therefore it is completely legal! They are going to fight this thing and we will just have to wait and see what happens! My only question is, why doesn't Facebook have to approve all App's before they can be added in the first place??? I don't get that at all? But I just hope and pray they get this thing back up and running soon, I was making money, darn it, LOL!!!
here is the site that explains it all... http://www.chattotext.com/

Unless they get this thing up and running asap there are going to be thousands of people (including me) that are going to be asking for there money back. It will be interesting to see if these are in fact honest indivuduals. They are claiming they will refund but like I said that is alot of refunds and I don't think there customer service base is that large at this point in time. Anyways, I hope it works out cause like Julsy said this thing was on the verge of being very big!

I don't understand the concept of this. I already have facebook on my cell phone. It's under messaging, as another feature such as voicemail or text messaging. I had to set it up on facebook to have messages sent to my phone, but once I did, anytime someone sends me a message or writes on my wall, it goes to my phone. Personally, I feel it is kind of a waste, as nothing real important ever gets posted to my facebook. I'm all for making money, but I never understood the concept of this. JMHO

mellin, nobody on Facebook can know who has the feature that your talking about and who doesn't. That more depends on the type of cellphone you have. With ChatToText, it put an actual text box on your profile that allowed anyone from your profile page to send a text right to your cell and for you to reply right back to them on your page. Any cellphone with text ability could use this, verses having to have an iphone or blackberry to have the capability to do what you already do. That's the main difference, but also paying into it monthly gives you the ability to earn money from those you get to join as residual income.
I got an e-mail from ChatToText this morning and they said that they in fact had an attorney go over Facebook's guidelines with a fine tooth comb and that there is NOTHING against their rules that has been done by ChatToText. They also go on to say that Facebook is refusing to even state what the violation was. So, they are urging everyone to go to the chattotext.com website and complain. They feel that Facebook is most likely wanting a peice of this pie if anyone is going to use their site to make money.

What I have is already an APP on Facebook called facebook mobile. It's a free APP, and I downloaded it on my very normal cell phone (I don't have a blackberry or iphone).

I wasn't aware that normal phones have that capability? But here's the other thing, nobody knows just by going to your page if you get your messages mobile or not, so the App put an actual "TEXT ME" box right on your profile page that anyone could get a text to you immediately and you could reply right back to them on your page! IMO, it was still a bit different.

hmmmm it sounds kind of fishy (on the company's end) if you ask me. I can imagine that facebook would have removed it because its just going to cause facebook to get flooded with people who want to make money and trying to get everyone to join instead of actually using facebook for keeping in contact with friends (which is what I use my facebook for)...

I signed up for this chat to text app with Facebook. Facebook stalled it but the latest email I received from admin was encouraging.
It looks like it will be OK on Facebook as well as many other social networking sites. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Yes, it looks like they will be back up and running soon. They mainly had to get the money making part of it off of Facebook, but will still be able to have the actual ChatToText App on there as well as some other social network sites. I don't think I will be getting back in myself though, because from the way they stated things in the last e-mail, they still aren't sure that they could possibly be cut off from Facebook again. Plus I am so loving the matrix I am in. They are actually stopping all leaders from promoting themselves and are asking them to promote for each of their downlines one at a time for at least 15 minutes a day, until ALL of their people have at least their 3 people. I am just blown away at how awesome this is! I have never been in any kind of business that makes sure that everyone succeeds and helps out so much! The business I speak of is the 10K Matrix.
When I got into the ChatToText, it did seem really cool and people were jumping on board fast, but it also got shut down within a week, so I just don't think I will bother with it again and just stay focused on the 10K Matrix. Because with them, I have no doubt that they are in it for us all to make some really good money, not just the people at the top!
