as soon as I can get my questions answered.
Well, I haven't been marketing for some time, but BUZZIRK is a product I am getting REALLY EXCITED about.
If there is anyone here that can answer the questions below, I'd love to talk with you.
1. Is there a list of the phones for sale at launch? If so, which ones and how much?
2. Which phones already on the market can be converted for use with this system?
3. How long has the product been is beta-testing and what are the glitches?
4. When using the phone as modem for PC or laptop, can it simultaneously be used as phone?
5. If the answer is NO to the top question, will my magicjack work at the same time?
6. While the phone is connected to the T.V. will it ring or go to voice mail?
7. Who is the service provider for the .99 cent movies? (want to know if there is a subscription rate plan for this feature)
8. What kind of television is compatible and/or will I need an adapter?
9. Is there a warranty on the phones and who will service them?
10. What is the phone price difference from wholesale to retail?
That's all my questions for now.
For those of you that haven't seen this product just google buzzirk mobile. If this will work the way it's predicted, then I will market this product! keeping my fingers crossed.
Launching July 1st, hope to get my answers soon.

I don't understand, what is BUZZIRK. Is it a kind of affiliate program or a cellphone company? I would like to find out more.

I think Buzzkirk and ZERO1 should be a great company.
I still don't understand a few things like if the international calls are just to cell phones or also to cells and land lines.
And can you only call out from the USA to other countries or can you also call from other countries to the USA?
When it comes out I think I'm going to sign-up for the product. I like the fact that there's no contracts. It's unlimited calling (but I still have questions as mentioned), and it's cheaper than all other comparable services.
I also like the fact that I can travel the world and not have to worry about changing cell phones, getting phone cards, internet not working internationally etc. and being able to run my business from my phone while basically on vacation.

Hello again,
I did get answers, well enough to know this is a company and product I'm willing to market.
The phones that will be rolling out are as follows: HTC TyTN II
HTC Touch 3G
HTC Touch Diamond 2
Pharos Traveler 117
Pharos Traveler 127
Pharos Traveler 137
I don't have concrete prices for the phones, but know distributors will get them at wholesale and can resell at retail. (call me for wholesale prices)
Sim cards will also be available to unlocked GSM phones
The service is Unlimited Everything! Minutes Text Internet Voice Data Email Long Distance No Roaming Conference calls (up to 6 people) can tether phone to PC or Laptop for Internet Access watch over 100 T.V. channels GPS download movies camera video and list goes on and on.............
All this for ONLY $79.95 a month (Domestic) and $89.95 a month (International) (prepaid plans)
I love, love love this part.....................
No Contracts No Credit Checks No Hidden Fees
I am not a techie person, but I will be soon. I will have to be licensed, so therefore, I will have to take an exam.
The company powering our service won "Best New Product Award" at the CTIA Convention in Las Vegas this Year.
At the Intro Pak level - Resell Distributors will make $10 every month for every customer they personally enroll when that customer prepays their bill. Y'all do the math!
There is also a 3x9 forced matrix for Basic and Pro levels, with coded and matching bonuses. (vertical and horizontal compression) love that!
The beauty of this to me is that the product and service is phenomenal. Whether or not your a marketer, this is a company anyone can grow with and alot of people will make alot of money with.
There is a Corporate Update call tonight, not a hype call, but a company come and get the updates call tonight at: 9:00 P.M. EST 724-444-7444 pin code 21600#
There are product overview calls everyday at 12 noon - 3 p.m. and 10:30 pm 212-796-1700 pin code 2120#
talk soon, Cindy 888-645-2111

be very carefull with this one, the digging ive done makes me skeptical. many sources say stay away, however many failures in ones past can make for a success in the future.

Hi champion 1, You are right, people need to be cautious when starting a new business.
I have done my digging also and highly recommend getting on a conference call and researching this opportunity and the companies involved.
We are not speaking of one brand new company, we are a conglomerate of companies that have come together to bring this technology and service to the market place.
Companies to research are: Unified Technologies Group Inc. Zero1 Mobile Global Verge Buzzirk communications and Xennsoft

I was on with Buzzirk mobile and just cancelled my account with them this morning. It's really not as great as it sounds, trust me when I say this.
I mean have you seen the cost of the phones? It's great that it works with other phones but most networkers have blackberry's or something like that which isn't compatible to the system, and then what about the people who need to get out of contracts that want to join this system, do they pay the extra couple of hundred on top of what it costs to come in?
I would throughly do my research before joining this company. If you insist on joining this company I do have a number of someone who can help you and has tons of information on the company, I'll PM you that.

Hi mslori813,
you just canceled? How long have you been with Buzzirk?
You must have liked something about this opportunity to join at first. Could you tell me what that was and what is your reason for canceling?
I understand every business isn't for everyone and that's okay, but if you could provide us with some feed back, I think it will be beneficial to those doing research here.
About the cost of phones....... the wholesale cost to the resellers will range between $150 and $480. I think this is a great deal!
I've have researched the retail cost of smart phones on the market and have found that the NO COMMITMENT price for Blackberries range from $299 - $549, of course you could get a deal on the price of these phones IF you enter into a new two year contract.
I know we have sim cards that will be available to use with phones other than our own. I believe the smart phones on the market can be unlocked and will work will our service. I'll be sure to find out.
You ask about the people locked into contracts, whether or not they pay to get out of that contract on top of the cost to join.
First let address the cost to join as a reseller. To be a reseller it's ONLY $15.95 a month Plus you become your own first customer and will earn $10 a month back, so in reality it's only an extra $5 a month, if they use the service.
Now for people in contracts, first understand, they don't have to use our service to be a reseller, but it is smart to be a customer of the product/s your promoting.
Using the AT&T plan as an example. lets say I am in a contract and still have a 6 months left. My Unlimited plan cost $99 a month........ plus Other Monthly Charges Taxes and other fees also apply.
so 6 months at $99 = $594
I decide to join Buzzirk, so I pay $200 top get out of contract, $19.95 to start my business.
That's $219.95 and I get to create an income.
I really would love to get your feedback, not only will it help others, but it will help me understand the pros and cons of this opportunity.
Feel free to call me, Cynthia, 888-645-2111

Here is what I see as major problems with GV/Buzzirk:
1. Already missed a launch date...and from the research others have done, this is a common trend with the ownership behind the company.
2. Biggest problem - The only way you are getting paid is based on the autoships required to be a distributor. No one has been able to show anyone where the monthly service fees fit into the plan but only the cost to the distributor. This is a HUGE red flag....as many AG's and feds would consider this illegal. Commissions have to be paid out on the service sold to consumers and has to have the ability to be paid on consumers who have no vested interest in the business (i.e. they are customers, not business builders).
The MLM dot com forums have quite a heated discussion about all of this. This point has been hammered on a lot, and I'd be concerned if I did not see this changed soon.
Brent

July 1st has come and gone. Does anyone have a phone yet. I would love to hear your experience. If they can deliver what they say this could be a winner. I will wait til they start shipping phones for now.

Well hello again guys,
It took me a few days to jump back on here. This weekend I was celebrating my twins birthday, they turned 10 on July 8th. (Now all my children are in the double digits) Also my father's birthday, he was 70 on the 10th.
Anyway, on to the subject at hand......... Global Verge/Buzzirk didn't miss our launch date. The phones and service are in use. The phones and service are first available to Global Verge members, starting with Triple Diamonds, Double Diamonds, Diamonds, and then to E-associates.
We are looking to have phones and service available to the general public in mid-August.
Brent, Don't base your opinion on "research others have done." It is good to listen to all sides of an argument, do your own research and form an opinion of and for yourself.
Here you will find a detailed recorded call on the compensation plan.
I will not pretend to understand the intricate details, nor will I pretend to be an attorney and say I understand every aspect of mlm law, but I will say, I am fairly confident in my ability to recognize a good thing when I see it. If by some chance I am completely wrong about partnering with Global Verge, I could only feel as stupid as Zero1's SEO Ben Piilani.
Hey, smart people get duped too!
Jeff, Your right, if this company delivers, (and I believe they will), this company is one that will create a massive retention rate of not only marketers but customers as well. p.m. me your phone # and as soon as I receive my phone, I'll call you. Not just to say "Hey, I got my phone." but as a marketer asking "How soon do you want to sign up?"
Cheers, Cynthia 888-645-2111

This ad goes on to include a CNN piece (where I saw that this was indeed zer0 1 mobile) as well as a link to the website for this product itself. When I clicked on the link, it said that the "site was offline for compliance review".
If this is related to Buzzirk, then that is somewhat alarming.

mellin,
I'm not sure what site you were trying to view, but we all must adhere to the company policies.
Notification concerning Global Verge Compliance
All E-Associates;
Effective immediately Tuesday, June 23, 2009 at 12:01 p.m., any marketing, sales and news information found on the Internet, in email, in print or in electronic broadcast form that is not supplied by Global Verge, Buzzirk Mobile or Zer01 Communications for our mobile product and service -- will have their Global Verge account accessed seized. Once seized, you will be notified immediately and will have 24 hours to remove or stop all information. If this information is not removed or distribution ceased, then your Global Verge account in question will be terminated.
Note There is zero tolerance regarding this policy! Our procedures and regulations state you must get approval first for any advertising, marketing and news materials. We have also posted compliance notifications for your review anytime.
Unfortunately, we are now finding people who are not following our policy and procedures and are not paying attention to our notifications. This is now forcing us to take immediate action with zero tolerance to assure proper communication of our overall message, branding, news and facts about our sales program.
Hopefully this policy will ensure correct information going out to the public.

let me know if I can help.
cheers, Cynthia

Their program sounds good if they get it up and running. I recently seen this about globalverge http://www.mlmwatchdog.com/MLM_Insider_0795_Telephone.html
Just make sure to do your research.

Lots of great information here! I am a new member to this site and with GV.
I just joined a conference call that addressed this merchant account issue. All I know is that they are currently processing credit/debit, etc but did transition to a new vender. It seems service is not at all interrupted.
GV is pretty young if I am not mistaken and I am sure they may not have been prepared to have 40,000 people join in one month as they did. This is bound to cause some glitches.
Ya know....for such a small investment...it is sure worth it to me to put my neck out. What a great advantage to get in now. I have often thought how great it would have been to be in on the beginning of some other "opportunities" I have been involved in.
Hmm...I am sure that there may be some folks who would benefit from it not doing well. But as Jeff said, people should do their homework. Business ventures have risk involved.
Looking forward to much success!
