Hi Freebird,
I read your comments and had to agree with you wholeheartedly. However the good news is that yesterday they announced on the Q & A call thaT they have done exactly that.
They have just got a group of ITT professionals in to get the whole thing sorted out - as these delays are mainly caused by the changeover in servers. This is working up a storm to get everything fully automated, including the payment processor payments.
These last are being hand sorted to avoid fraud - thus the delays. But noone at AdSurfDaily is pretending that this is acceptable to their members. They are very concerned about their customers indeed.
Having said that - once the admin hitches are sorted out and the new staff fully trained - we will be looking at a new "blue chip" business on the internet. Their policy is integrity, legality and wealth for their members.
Difficult though it is - please be patient - you wont regret it. This is not an internet company - it is an offline company bringing an exceptional online product to the market place.
Jenny

Jenny,
I agree with you. It has been frustrating and a little hard at times with the glitches but I am in this for the long term and I have total faith in this company and the president.

I have actually had ASD call me on the phone a couple of times to resolve issues. I joined this under my upline in Trivita, who researches things for a long time and he has nothing but good things to say about ASD in terms of honesty, and also that although support is not always fast, everything is always rectified.
Prior to the last ASD call, when an ASD support person called me, I was told about some of the enhancements and how ASD would get much better to responding to issues.
On Monday, 5/12, ASD automated the promotional matches. That created a lot of support tickets in the past, it was the only reason I had support tickets. I upgraded a balance over $500 and the system automatically added the 25% bonus amount - so this does work now.

Is anyone here having trouble getting all of your affiliates signed up properly? I have had a few afiiliates default to the ASD site, and they tell me that if the affiliate fails to put my # in the proper place, or if they don't know my #, i guess it is too bad if ASD gets them.
I personally think that if anyone goes to my site, and signs up, ASD should not ever take that affiliate for failing to put my # in the right box, especially since they went to my site to begin with.
What do you think?

Hi Ana Denise
You are right about the company's willingness to sort out problems and yes, it is not unusual for them to call if necessary (although Iwouldnt recommend leaving recorded messages if they are busy - that is not so reliable.LOL)
I have even received a couple of calls from Andy Bowdoin himself!! He is everything he appears to be - an honest and professional businessman determined that we should all succeed and make money with him.
I am sorry to be cynical - but I dont "do" faith - this one is proving itself on the facts - you can earn a lot of money with them, it complies with all legal requirements necessary for the business and you get paid.
Right now with all the changes - we just need a dose of good old fashioned patience and a little humour.
There are far worse businesses on the internet , including a few "copycats". And most of us have come accross them in our lives. They may have slick presentations and efficient support and quick response times - but wont stand up to the rigorous due diligience that AdSurfDaily does.

Tandl,
If anyone has, by mistake, joined ASD with the default member number #5 instead of you - they are able to contact the company and ask to be moved back to you. There have been a couple of times where the system has done ths during the changeover of servers and the company are aware of it.
This has been confirmed by Andy Bowdoin .
I dont know who "they" are, but this is not correct advice.
The newmember who should be your referral should do this through the ticket system or by phoning. If they send the ticket first and give you the ticket number, you yourself can make the call afterwards. But they must confirm it first.
PM me here if you are stuck.
Andrew,
The IT people have been working on the site all this week and it happens when they are "messing about with it" LOL Try again in a short while - it seems to settle down. Happened to me this morning but it is ok now

Hi all,
Yup the IT guys are at it again.LOL When they have finished with it - everything will be fully automated.
The Promotions were automated on May 12th and this has already reduced the pressure on the Support and Accounts system by nearly 50%. And it will continue to get better, as each item is automized as it frees the support and accounts staff to deal with problems.
In the meantime - patience, keep trying - and if all else fails - put your shoe through the computer screen!LOL (which I nearly did twice today! LOL)
Please remember that this is an offline corporation with an online product - not a business run by a few guys working in their PJs from their home offices from various points of the globe!!

The automating of the promotional matches works great, I have upgraded using this and it instantly showed teh 25% match. ASD is an honest company and is growing.

If anyone has had problems surfing here, ASD did post an announcement yesterday that they are doing upgrades and the system will be slower for the next couple of weeks. There has been a tremendous influx of newcomers in the last few weeks due to the rally's and the new advertising ASD has been doing.
There is a new promo in effect that is still like the one that just expired. If you upgrade with $500 or more, you will get a 25% match, if you upgrade with $2000 or more, you will get a 50% match.

Curious,
Has anyone figured out the best times to surf without experiencing so many lock ups where you have to log back in over and over. I am in est, so any suggestions would be welcome, as in am or pm, hour of day, etc. I had best luck so far 6:00 am.
Good luck to all, Mike

Andrew and Mike,
If you go to the ASD News Button on your website it tells you the website will be slow the next couple of weeks as they are doing more upgrading to get the server up to speed for the tremendous growth they are having.
I am just going to be patient because this is a solid company who does what it says they are going to do and I am staying with it.

Update on my dilemma with ASD. It's now been 3 weeks and my account has still not been credited with my Alertpay ad package purchase. I got 1 unsatisfactory reply to my original support ticket, saying my alertpay email and my ASD email may not match which could be the problem (duh!) so I responded to that with both email addresses, that was on the 15th, no response back. I'm on vacation this week so I was able to get through this morning by phone (finally!) Only to be told they are experiencing problems with the English site right now and all the issues with alertpay should be resolved by Friday and my purchase should be credited to my account by then, and if not ...call back on Friday!
I will give them till Friday..and if this is not resolved then, I'm going to request a refund through Alertpay , I'm really tired of this! I just can't imagine that people are literally handing over thousands of their hard earned dollars to such an unorganized business!
All I can say at this point is that I hope they make this well worth all this hassle.

The good news is that ASD was down today to upgrade the servers, which will greatly improve the service. ASD always answers Support tickets, although I will admit that lately it has taken close to a week. They have grown tremendously due to some rally's in various cities and the upcoming convention in Tampa, FL (my home town, LOL!)
In all seriousness, my mentors and co-workers really look at companies closely before recommending them, and this one has an excellent reputation - the sudden burst in growth the last two months takes some time to catch up to.

Hopefully they will get everything sorted out soon.
I still have difficulty trying to figure out where all the money comes from - the matching amounts at the meeting and the 25% and 50% on ad packages bought now. I mean - what biz do you know that will let someone come in - with let's say $10000 and you will give them $5000? Or $10,000 if they go to the meeting? I really can not see that they have a lot of income coming in aside from new people coming in buying ad packages. Can this thing be sustained??? I would love to think yes but again...where does all the money come from? If people buy ad packs, but all that gets given back and then some and plus they give extra at the meetings or when you buy an ad pack......again....where is all the money coming from????

Hello everyone.
Just signed up for my alertpay account. I have to wait three to five days for them to make two small deposits and confirmed those with them.

Can anyone help out with these questions? When I talk with people the first question they ask is where is the money coming from? I know that Ad Paks is obvious, and I know they mention outside sources, but what is the percentage of money from ad paks that is going into the pot? If the new money from ad paks slowed down how does the company sustain itself?

For those concerned, here is some information that is known by many.
The Company was founded by CEO, Andy Bowdoin. If you Google him, you'll find several pages of positive information on him. Andy has quite an extraordinary reputation, not only as a career Advertising man, but as a man of exceptional integrity.
He has over 40 years experience in sales and marketing, and has had success in everything he has done. He started his sales career working with the Dale Carnegie Courses in the early sixties and later worked with the Napoleon Hill Leadership Program. Andy has trained thousands of sales people during his career and started several companies.
He expanded a 60-minute dry cleaning franchise throughout the Southeast and Midwest. He developed a company that sold wireless communication franchises throughout the U.S. and then started a company to market credit card processing for merchants.
In 1999, Andy did research and discovered a need for GPS Tracking for fleet vehicles and GPS Tech was created. In 2006, Andy again saw a new opportunity - the need for a new way to deliver advertising to the masses and Ad Surf Daily, Inc. was born.
He modified his marketing strategies for the internet and attracted over 5,000 members in 120 days and sold over $1,200,000 in services. He now teaches his ASD members his strategies to help them build their internet businesses. Right now ASD has contracted two powerful full-fledged marketing outfits poised to take ASD business global. Those of you in ASD know about the Millionaire Coop Marketing and the XLRevShare marketing programs.
ASD has a physical office located in Quincy Florida. ASD has a 30 year SEC attorney as its lawyer. You won't see such strength and reputation in any other online program.
One of the big perks with this program is the company has an account with Bank of America where you can make direct deposits. They withstood a rigorous Verification Process (common sense will tell you Bank of America does not do business with scams). By never paying out more than they take in, ASD will never encounter the cash-flow problems that have plagued other paid-to-surf programs. You will receive a variable percentage daily of that 50% revenue, for surfing 24 sites daily, until you reach 125% of your ad purchase (25% profit). With 100% daily compounding, your income could become 20%/ per month
Members in the US are sent 1099s for any net profits (not advertising purchases) earned each year from ASD, but you can write off anything you purchase in advertising packages, and in turn, save money on your taxes!
