Hi - As you rightly say Ad Surf Daily do have other sources of income - and as the link you sent states - they offer web design and banner design services and they have started their classified advertising service. They also say tht this is only a beginning !

We are totally clear that they have not fallen into any of the 12DailyPro traps. The whole company and all their operations are always carefully scrutinized by their lawyers BEFORE they are offered to ensure that they are completely legal.

However, for percentages - you could usefully go to one of Andy Bowdoin's Question and Answer sessions and ask the man himself! You will get a straight answer.

Hello all...

In an effort to keep you all posted as to what's been happening with the various 'glitches', that have prevented us from logging in for the past 8 days...

We are very pleased to report...that finally....
we can log in. My husband Steve and I, respectively,
tried calling the ASD phone number, practically all
afternoon on Friday, and after a few hours, of me trying from home, and Steve (hubby) trying from his job...HE managed to connect to a live person.
David was his name. He fixed our problem.

When we asked about all the rebates that we've lost over this time, through no fault of our own, they decided to give us a credit of one day's surfing.

Better than nothing, I guess.

Now...we have another problem!!!!!!!!

We cannot allocate any of our credits to any of our sites.
There is a minus sign, in front of our 110 credits, that shouldn't be there.

Two days before, all of our troubles started....
ASD added 500 ad packages to our site, that
had no reason to be there....
They also, added more credits to our site (can't remember how many), that also shouldn't have
been there.
One of those two days, they went into our site,
and deleted the 500 ad packages from us.

The day after that, they attempted to take back,
the mistaken credits that they added.

The day after that, is when we couldn't log in anymore.

Now, as I said...there's a minus sign in front of all of our credits, including the new ones earned today, because I finally could surf.

So...here we go again, I guess.

Seems that we broke open the so called Celebratory Champagne Bottle too soon!!

The Certified letter that we originally sent to the Quincy office (in an effort to get them to pay attention to us), still hadn't arrived, by the time we were finally
able to get through the phone lines., so....
that letter wasn't what solved our login problem.

Unfortunately, once it does arrive...it says nothing
about this Brand New problem.....

Guess the best thing to do...is...try and find some
time again, to penetrate their phone lines.

You've all been very kind....
Take care,
Sooo tired of this,
Les

I'm glad you got your original problem fixed. That's definitely a step in the right direction.

Hi Les

I realise this will not resolve your problem - but just to let you all know a tip.

If you need extra credits - you can always (a) view a few more sites - up to the maximum of 72 sites a day and (b) view the PTC ads.

I realise that some of you will already have worked this out for yourselvees - but I had to be told by a friend before I realised that I had the option! LOL

Hi Guys - newbie here and first post, so please be gentle!

After a lot of debate, I decide to do a 'test run' with asd and transferred 14 dollars into my new alertpay account and then to my asd account. This was friday so after reading the posts here I am waiting until end of Monday to see if the money gets applied. (It hasn't shown on my account yet)

I wanted to ask a, probably stupid question, so forgive me if it is...

I have read in posts here and in t & c something that needs a little clarification if someone doesn't mind...

"To earn an additional 25% rebate on their ad purchase, an ad purchaser must have a minimum group sales volume of $15 per month or their sales volume must average $15 per month while the ad package is active."

I'm unsure what they mean by 'group sales volume'. Does it mean that I have to spend at least $15 a month on ad packages in order to keep earning?

Hi there

Group sales volume means any ad package purchases made by you and your referrals (on your first level as you obviously do not have a monthly membership) This includes any ad packages made by you out of your daily cash earnings and comssions received from referrals purchases.

On a "test run" of 14$ you will see a slow daily increase, as at present we are getting about 1%-.5% rebate per day and you would have to add some referrals who also buy, to see a more significant income quickly.

Have in said that, my own sponsor did a similar test run way back at the beginning of 2007 (12%) and ended up earning 1000$ in 60 days by getting a large number of referrals! If you dont want to do much recruiting - your best bet is to ut in a larger sum which will grow quicker out of your own rebates!

A word to the wise - with the current admin bottlenecks, which are particularly affecting the hand clearance of Alert Pay payments, you MAY experience a short delay in receiving your ad package

Hope this helps
Jenny

Interesting,

I didn't pay much attention to ASD at first due to the collapse of 12DP, but I liked the concept for advertising, and it did work, and it is still working, so the concept is sound to earn credits to advertise by surfing other ads. I always liked the exchange concept, so now I am curious how many others are having success on the advertising side, not just the income.

I ran a test on a new program which no one knows about unless you watched CNBC last week when it went public. I put new product on ASD and I got three sales the first day, so this clearly proved that advertising is pulling views, real honest views, not the usual blind views with so many other paid to surf deals I researched. As long as advertising keeps working as well as it is, I will keep investing more and hopefully build an extra retirement income. lol Anymore success stories from ad side of business?

Good luck to all, Mike

Hello Becky, Jenny and Everyone.

Happy Belated Mothers Day, by the way

As promised...just sharing the results of
all the 'glitches' we've run into in the past month.

Everything is fine now.

Jenny: Thank you for the advice per how to get
minus credits, back on track...It worked

Lastly...Our Certified Letter arrived in Quincy, on the 9th...Friday. THAT was the day, that, we by
some miracle, finally, were able to reach someone on the phone...so, guess we can't attribute clearing up that mess, to that letter.

I can say that, as of this date, no one from ASD has acknowledged it's receipt, in any way. No phone calls, no emails, nothing.
Kind of hoping, the reason is, that they already,
know, that we're out of the woods, so the letter,
is moot? I sure hope thats why....

Due only to this forum and the kind people here,
we feel much better now.....so much better,
that both hubby and I are starting to recruit again.

Thank you all sooooo much for everything....and please....don't go away!!!!!

(If any of the ladies here, are interested in handbags....I'd be happy to accommodate you,
in any way that I can. We have a 10 year, Ebay business, purses being our main inventory.
Our Ebay handle is: smallmiracle, as well. Inventory changes every week...never know what I'll find.)

Have a wonderful week
Make tons of Money

God Bless,
Les

Hi Les,
I'm glad everything worked out for you!

Now if I can just get the same resolution for my issue!

9 days now and STILL no reply to my support ticket and since I work
8 to 5 it doesn't give me much time to try and call but everytime I do try to call which is after 5 I just get a busy signal!

I just sent ANOTHER support ticket but I'm sure it will be ignored just the same as the first one. They said in the notice 5 to 8 days..????

I'm getting very discouraged here and am coming very close to requesting a refund...this is ridiculous!

I will be glad when they automate the whole payment process. It will make things a lot easy for everyone.

Yes, I agree - these delays are ridiculous. One can say because of growth, but it is just not a great way to run a biz. Anyone know when their system will be automated? Are they updating their website to include things like being able to view ads from one's local area? Or view as many ads as one wants according to subject?

As well, does anyone know the phone # to use when going on the Q & A?

I listened into the Q & A this morning. They mentioned they had some IT guys in helping their programmer so hopefully that means some issues with the website will be solved.

Also, they said they are coming out with some type of card for ASD that should be out in a week or so. Info will be posted in the ASD news section when ready. I don't know how that will operate and I may be wrong in calling it a credit card. So watch the news section for upcoming info on it. Hoepfully that will ease the delays in getting payments to ASD. But again - I don't know the function of this card so if anyone knows anything more about it, input please.

Hi Freebird 658...

Steve and I certainly FEEL for you....
Being stuck in YOUR glitch.....

It's VERY FRUSTRATING, to say the LEAST....but, now I feel, that I'm qualified to say.....HANG IN THERE.

Calling after 5...is no good, because they're closed.
Calling on the weekends, no good, for same reason.

Steve tried late in the afternoon on a Friday.
He was on his way to work....he said...
He redialed the number 30 times, before he got
through. We were calling all week....to no avail.

He said, he thought that maybe Friday...late in the afternoon was the best time....who knows.

Maybe they wind down by then.

If I were you....and worked days...I'd try doing that...redialing like mad....during my breaks...or
on my lunch hour. Better than nothing!!

I can say...that once Steve made it in....they fixed everything right then and there.

Steve spoke to some guy named David.
Couldn't stop raving about how helpful he was.

In fact...he had me send an email...to his supervisor , in praise of him.

Just a thought....I have the email address for his
supervisor....
What could it hurt, if you sent him, an email, stating your problem...maybe that would work???

Here's his email: [email protected]
His name is RAY.

Wish I could help you more, but, I don't know how.
We're pretty new to ASD too.

Don't give up.....
God Bless,
Les

Thank you Les,
I will try to email Ray, since I can't get through on the phone!

I have been marketing online for 8 years and I have NEVER came across any business or opportunity where if you paid with paypal, alertpay or any other online payment processor that your account was not immediately credited nor have I EVER went this long without a reply to a support ticket!

If I did this to MY customers, my business would be shut down by the payment processors and my ISP in a heartbeat!

It seems they did a poor job of setting up and testing their system before they opened for business and if they are SOOO backlogged why don't they hire some help to handle their backlog!

In the offline world, if a business is backlogged like this they hire help, and the employees work overtime and weekends to resolve it!

But not these guys..it's strictly 8:30 to 5:30 Monday thru Friday!

Doesn't seem like they are the least bit concerned about their customers OR their reputation.

It just doesn't make any sense to me!

Tomorrow will be the 8th business day and 11 days since I sent payment and sent the 1st support ticket! The ONLY reason I haven't demanded a refund and deleted my account is because of you people here and what you all have experienced by getting a complete resolution to your issues with them, and the successes you are having, if this would have been anything else I wouldn't hesitate for one second to get my money back and get out!

Thanks everyone.. for your advice.

Well said freebird. I think that the results from this biz could be fantastic. But the lack of professionalism is discouraging.

There is just no excuse for these backlogged support requests. There is no excuse for the lack of automation for payments. Manually processing them???? And why can't they use Visa for their millionaire lead system? Hopefully with new IT people they can get many of these issues fixed. I wonder if the lack of immediate payments is due to lack of programming knowledge. If they want to grow big, they have to use the resources necessary to do so. There is no sense in putting a push on for new people when they can't handle the ones they currently have.
