so what you're all saying is you could in theory put $10 into this company and make money in a few days just by visiting other sites? I'm confused...could anyone enlighten me?

"ASD News". If you click that, it shows several different subjects at the top and that is where all of the info is.

Hello Everyone...
First and foremost I'd like to THANK you SOOO MUCH,for acknowledging my prior email, concerning the fact that we're new members, who joined with $2000, and the fact that we can't login and surf.
Hubby and I feel a little better now, just knowing that we can touch base with other members, and that you're being so reassuring. You can well imagine, the horrible thoughts we've been having about perhaps having lost $2000! We're not rich by a long shot. ASD rules say All Sales Are Final. Thats really really scary!
Would like to report, this is the 7th day, that we have not been able to log in...therefore, not surf.
So far, we have sent an urgent ticket to asd, each day, begging for help....to no avail. We have tried
calling numerous times, always get a busy
signal. Nothing in our email, except the canned responses to the tickets we've sent.
Yesterday....I wrote ASD a letter begging to be acknowledged, begging for some solution to this problem....and sent it, Certified Mail, Signature Required to their Quincy address. As of this writing, it's too soon to report, the end result of that.
We will definitely, try, your suggestion, as per
getting in on the question and answer sessions on line...hopefully that part of the website will work.
Just for anyone's information, in case, we may not be the only ones....
When we try to log in....this is the verbatim message we get:
" You logging whis another IP.
Please enter pin-code, sending to e-mail."
We never logged in from any other computer, than the one we signed up on.....
No further email was ever sent to us, regarding a pin number either, which is what that message implies.
Oddly enough, our sponsor can't help us at all....
he knows less than we do, right now...LOL. His experience with asd has continued to go smoothly, plus, he's not as computer literate as we are.
Beside THIS forum (Thank God I found you), the only indication to us, of Asd being
legit/real, is the knowledge that they're having a convention soon in Tampa, otherwise, as to any indication from Asd themselves, right now ....the only conclusion we could draw..was that we ignorantly threw $2000 away in the garbage.
We pull up the Asd news section everyday, just looking for some indication/announcement from the company, officially acknowledging their 'server'/, programing problems, just to ease the minds of members like us, that are experiencing all this crap. Let us know what's happening!!!! We don't know what to think!
Hoping that maybe they want to, but can't even do that right now.
Lastly....we're wondering...will we lose all the rebates and credits, that we should have been accumulating all the time that we can't surf. Who knows how long we'll be stuck like this.
If we could afford it....if we could take the time, away from work....we fantasized, flying to Tampa,
and walking in to the convention, in an effort to
get someone to help us. ......LOL

It's a blessing since we're being so 'seemingly' ignored by asd.
Will let you know, what happens as a result of

That happened to me once when I first joined about the ISP. I don't know what that was but I did get the pin in the e-mail right away and the problem was solved. I don't know what e-mail you use but they do advise getting a gmail address as they have not had any complaints of anyone not receiving any e-mails from them if they have a gmail address.
Well the gist is if you don't surf you won't get the rebate the next day but I have a feeling when ASD gets the certified letter and finds out you have been having such a problem that they will go ahead and credit you those days. That is just a hunch I have because they have been so good about things when there are problems since they are experiencing such a phenomenal growth.
Please let us know how things go. I know things will work out. It is just hard on your end after spending so much money I am sure.
Also when this gets worked out, the ISP won't be a problem if you edit your overview page and change the ISP secure button to disable, then you are able to use any computer you want.

Soooo glad you're there 
Saw the mention of having a gmail address on the website, but, since our first two weeks was,
going so well, I thought it wasn't necessary. We HAVE been receiving the canned responses to our Urgent tickets, and we've received one Newsletter successfully, in addition to the original confirmation email after first joining.
If you think we should get a gmail account too...
so be it....only....since we can't log in...I think, we can't change our profile right now either...so.....
guess that's moot right now. I will get a gmail account right now, anyway though.
I'll sell my first born, right now, if I have to...LOL.

is so messed up. There are new people signing up everyday now, in the midst of this, right? Situation the way it is now, can be a big turnoff to new members.
We had two new accounts to sign up under us...before this happened.
Naturally once it did....we immediately told them to forget about it, because we just didn't know
what to think, and wouldn't want this happening
to anyone else we know. (possibility of losing money I mean).

From what I have been reading - you have certainly made a wise move in sending a certified mail. At least it will not be affected by an overloaded telephone and ticket system.
If you have the patience to keep trying on the phone - you do get through eventually - it can be quite a time consuming thing trying.
You will then be able to give them your information - and if your certified letter has arrived all the better. They should be able to sort it out then and there. And they will probably be able to disable the IP box themselves for you. Have your member number and log in details to hand when you speak to them.
Also, your sponsor should be trying to phone themselves as well, even if it takes some time. It is what I have always done for any of my team if they have a problem - they contribute to my income after all, so it is the least I can do.

It depends on how much you spend on ad packs. You will be making 0.50% to 8% every day on however much your ad pack is.
We have been averaging receiving 1% to 2% per day the last month. So here is an example:
Start with $500.00
Day 1: 1% rebate $5.00
Day 2: 1% rebate $5.00 = $10.00,
you upgrade and then you balance is $510.00
then on day 3 you get a rebate on $510.00,
When the cash balance is 10.00 or more you can either take a cash out or you upgrade your ad packs and then you are paid on the higher amount the next day.
I made a post about how much money I made earlier but I really don't feel comfortable doing an amount anymore, but if you read that post it is about double that now.
Everyone makes money every day if they surf their 12-23 web sites, the amount depends on how much you paid for your ad pack. Everyone eventually gets to a higher amount of pay-off, it just depends on how much you start with on how long it takes you to get to the point where you want to take out cash.

No one is explaining where the money comes from. If 10 people pay in to this program with $1000 and each of the 10 people get back $1100, where does the additional $1000 in rebates coming from?

Can someone explain something to me. If we buy ad packages and surf for enough days - we get back what we paid for our ad package plus 25% on top of that. So with what profits is ASD paying us cause it can't be from profit from purchased ad packs.??????

Daily Rebate Distribution
Ad purchase sales and banner ad sales on the Cash Generator and the sale of ebooks will be totaled at midnight each night and 50% of the gross sales will be rebated to ad purchasers. Fifty percent of the commissions that the Cash Generator earns from their sister site, "Attract Marketing System", will also be paid as rebates to ad purchasers on the Cash Generator.
Every night at midnight the number of eligible ad packages will be totaled and divided into the total ad package sales, banner ad sales and ebook sales to determine the amount of the rebate for each ad package. That amount will be multiplied by the number of ad packages in each advertiser's account and the total will be credited to his/her cash balance account. Rebates will show up in your account after midnight EST.
Ad purchasers (you) will continue to be paid rebates until they receive 100% of their ad purchases. To earn an additional 25% rebate on their ad purchase, an ad purchaser must have a minimum group sales volume of $15 per month or their sales volume must average $15 per month while the ad package is active. This helps us maintain a constant growth so everyone can reap their profits. It also keeps out those who would try to take advantage of our unique system.
To maintain the stability of the program the daily rebate will be capped at 8%. Any excess will go into a reserve account to be used when rebates are extremely low. Five percent of ad sales, banner sales and ebook sales on the Cash Generator will be placed in the reserve account to be used for the same purpose.
Eleven percent of ad sales, banner sales and ebook sales will be used for advertising, hosting, site maintenance, administrative costs, customer support and profit.
* Five percent will be used for contests and raffles.
* Five percent will be placed in a reserve account to be paid as rebates when needed.
* Fifteen percent will be used for referral commissions.
* Fourteen percent will be paid to various boards, trainers and designers.

Thank you for your time to reply to my post. I still get the feeling that not a lot of money can be made especially starting with lower priced ad packs. And also since it better to buy ad pack from your earnings, does it really give you a regular income? Or only till it gets to the amount you want to take and then you have to start again?

We appreciate very much all of your suggestions.
Here's an update as to whats been happening to us, in hopes that this information may prove useful, to someone else.
As of this writing....we checked with the PostOffice,with reference to whether or not our Certified Letter, arrived in Quincy yet.....it hasn't, and unfortunately, it's Friday. Correct me if I'm wrong...
ASD is not open on the weekends?
Went to the web room Q & A with Robert this morning...and presented our login problem to him, and also asked..... whether, we would permanently
lose all the rebates, that we should have been getting, if we were able to surf, these past 8 days.
His advice was the same as yours...keep trying the
telephone number....(we have, believe me.....every chance we get...it's always busy).
As to, if, we'd get credit for any rebates, we've lost these past 8 days now...he didn't know.
He said we'd have to discuss that with them.
As we do every morning....we went to try and log in.
We couldn't......however, the REASON for not
being able to log in...has changed, from
the claim that we're not logging in from the
correct IP....
to.....
Either our user name or password is wrong and to
try again. Tried again....Futile!!
Next, I went to submit another Urgent ticket, notifying them of this new dilemma.
As you know...you need to log in to be able to do that. Our login was successful, as always, on that
part of the site, and I added another ticket to our pile....so I don't think, our user name or password IS the problem, in this new circumstance, either.
Upon review of the list of tickets we've submitted already...the one we submitted YESTERDAY...was marked closed. (First change we've ever seen, regarding any ticket we've submitted so far..all the rest say..no reply).
Today...we woke up to this 'different glitch'.
Am thinking, that perhaps, they made an attempt
to help us?, but.....their chosen fix?, just put us right back to square one, but in a different way.
Just our luck
As far as any help from our sponsor....
He's our daughters boyfriend...22 year old kid....
At this juncture...I KNOW A WHOLE LOT MORE THAN HE DOES....
Any parents out there, know the usual mind set, of the majority of these kids...
HE, can sit and surf number one....and number two....
he's busy joining every other opportunity ASD has to offer him, in an effort to sign MORE people up under him.
Basically...we're not top, on his list
of priorities right now, insofar as his taking EXTRA
time to help us get this resolved.
All he says is...they're working on it...NO KIDDING...
Unfortunately...we're no where near as complacent
as he seems to be...wait until he lives a little longer...or gets someone other than his girlfriends
parents involved...
Steve (hubby) and I, once again, want to thank
everyone, for taking the time to try and help us.
If nothing else...what you have accomplished is... easing our minds. That means everything, after, just having sent away $2000 'over the internet'.

Hopefully, soon, we'll be able to, as well.

I have listened into numerous conference calls now and researched ASD online. The rebate system would make most people quite comfortable in a relatively short time frame.
But how much of the rebate comes from other streams of income separate from the ad packages bought? One would think that if they are paying part of the rebate out of ad packages bought - how can that work when everyone gets the cost of their ad back plus an additional 25%? And at times, the company even gives you more ad packs as a bonus. For instance, right now, if you bought $2000 worth of ad packs, they would match that with $1000 which would mean that person just got given a freebie $1000!
In my mind, funds received by ASD from the ad packs are not really an income stream because they give all of that back plus $25%. So I am still trying to understand where the rebate money comes from.
This blurb below comes from the SEC website on 12 Daily Pro which was an illegal ponzi scheme. You will note that it says that 95% of the revenues came from new or existing members fees. Very little income came from additional income streams........

What other streams of income does ASD have? Well, I do know that ASD is a reseller for GoDaddy domain names. And instead of going to my own godaddy site, I will now purchase it through ASD. They also have their millionaire ad campaign and sales of the duplicated website - adcashgenerator. Does anyone else know what other streams of income they currently have???? I would also assume that they are getting some income from the ASD ad campaign run by In Touch Media Group. And we have the tax ebook that is on the front page. They also have this website
www.attractmarketingsystem.com which does not appear to be a completed website yet. Does anyone have a sponsor that would know the other sources of income that ASD has and what % the other streams of income as a total would be. ( And what is the % in terms of the ad packs as revenue)
This company could help so many people in these frail economic times.
Lets rock with ASD! This is a great forum - everyone has great questions and everyone is friendly.
