Maybe you could explain this site a bit further.
I see they are a web hosting site with what looks like a referral payout for $5 a month.
Doesn't sound bad.
But I didn't choose to part with the $5 right now.
I DID see that they only 'give' you $85 not $100.
One wonders why or IF this is true of course.
In any event, you can't cash out until you get to $100 soooo,
WHAT do you have to do to get that extra $15?
