Hey everyone. I have been using Income 4 Beginners for 2 weeks now, and nothing! I have been trying a lot of different avenues and have seen no results. I am getting pretty dissappointed here. I am trying to use mainly Free or Low-cost advertising. Does anyone have any pointers to help speed up the process.

Hi,

I am so sorry to hear that about that. I have just been doing what I know to do everyday. I have however written my own email to send out. I think that is the only thing I can think of that maybe different. Don't give up, though. Jean only used free advertising and made I think like 8 sales in a week after a while without any sales to begin with. I hope to see you post your success soon.

Hi All,

I'm also in income4beginners. I've been trying to get in touch with Jon Davies. Can anyone tell me the best way to contact him.

Thanks,
Joe

Hi jgoldsmi,
The only way to contact him is via email: [email protected] I've never seen a phone number listed. If you need help, I would try here first. I never depend on Jon to take care of my customers, I handle that myself. He seems to be too busy to respond to his emails these days.

To All,
If you need inexpensive advertising for I4B checkout my link below to Planet Traffic.

I've been getting a website set up to start selling this & I have to say that Marv from Appeal Marketing has helped me heaps with it. I don't know how much spare time he has to help everyone, but he's certainly spared some for me@!
Much appreciated Marv!
Here's hoping we both make lots more sales!

Welcome ecoms99,

You need at least a Premier Paypal account, a personal will not accept credit cards, a business account is not needed.

I have paid $40 twice for this information. Neither time I received the page at the end of payment that gave me my url. I emailed Jon several times and have yet to hear from him (over a month). I emailed the individuals I purchased the plans from. The first one told me to contact Jon. The second one sent me a url. However, I have not received any of the free ebooks that were supposed to come with the program. I am really leary of advertising this and others getting the same response from Jon (which is nothing) that I got. Is he no longer offering support? Are any of you having this problme?

Dina

I think you paid those $80 to an affiliate so you need to contact that person directly.

Hi dina,

The person you purchased I4B from should have emailed you the document, it lists 4 tasks #1 rebrand the ebook with your paypal email address. Task #2 is a special offer from Jon, this can be done when you've made some money from I4B, Task #3 is your download link, has all softwares & ebooks that come with the package, Task #4 is your marketing page (very important - study this closely) So I tell me customers to do Task #1 then go to Task #4, the other 2 can be worried about later. But if you email Jon Davies you must paste a copy of your paypal receipt with your email or he won't even look at it.

Hi Everyone
I am new to this site so please excuse me if I am not familiar with proper procedures etc.

I see in many of the comments that they are advertising on Craigslist.
Can I ask how they are getting the website url into the ad as I thought that this type of ad are the ones they don't want?

Any suggestions would be most welcome

Regards Eric

Hi greatusa,
As far as I know your campaign should start within 24-48 hours, you can see their terms & conditions, it explains the time frame for each type of advertising. Could you please let us know your results when you get them? Thanks.

Hi taffy26,
Are you a registered member of craigslist? If not, you need to register. Because I just write a simple 2 line ad and put my url in there and craigslist turns it into a clickable link. Also, you can only run this type of ad under Services --> Small Biz Ads. Hope this helps.

I recently downloaded my own e-book, and within the first two days, got 6 buyers. But since then, I have had trouble getting any more traffic to my link and blog. I have made my money back, and then some, so I definitely cannot complain. But it seems like my traffic has dropped off of a cliff. It is a very novel idea, and it definitely works. I was just wondering if there were any ideas out there to help me promote it further (preferably for free, but I'm open to anything).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi AppealMarketing and thanks for your reply. Yes, I am registered with craigslist. If I remember correctly the urls rejected were tiny.urls. Is this significant?
Regards Eric

Hey Eric,
I've never used tiny url's before, so I have no experience with them and craigslist. I have my own site and use my .com site name with no problems. Anyone out there use tiny url's with craigslist??

Hi Marv Dorn
The reason I was using tiny.urls was that I was reducing the length of the affiliate links and attempting to hide my affiliate number to avoid tampering. Does that make sense to you?
Eric

Hi Eric,
I know why tiny url's are used, I don't have a need to use them, as I have my own domain name appeal-marketing dot com, I just registered: realincome4beginners dot com and have it forwarded to my appeal marketing site. You could always try clickaudit dot com, it hides your url AND is a free ad tracker, so you can see how many hits each ad is pulling, up to 10 links are completely free. Hope this helps.

Hi Marv, thanks for your reply. What actually happened is that I was led to their planet-traffic website with some brief forms presented for me to fill out. I thought that this is just for order placement and that I will be given another form or link where I can place my actual email content. So I just put in a brief description (lucky that I also put my income4beginners url). That's it. And then yesterday, I got an email from the admin, telling me that my ad has been sent out (???).

How should I actually send my email content to them? Thanks again for your help. Otherwise, I think I hav wasted my 15 bucks.

Hi Jac,
From my understanding with Planet-Traffic, if you a text ad, you use the forms provided, if you want to send a html ad, you need to email the html code to them. I have sent them a couple of emails since I had submitted my ad & haven't heard anything back yet. Ad was sent to them on Sunday. Looks like everyone should stay away from them until someone gets some actual results.

Thanks Marv, I emailed webmaster(at)planet-traffic(dot)com because of this misunderstanding and he (his name is Sebas) actually replied, apologized and asked me to send my HTML message. I sent it today, so will let you know what happens. Not trying to be judging here but English doesn't seem to be his/her mother tongue.
Good luck to all and more sales!
