Ok, so I got an email yesterday from someone I've partnered with in other ventures. Basically, telling me about a launch of a new program that structures the paid-to-surf as an mlm. The kicker is that it's FREE TO JOIN; for now at least. WHAT!?!?! TGTBT

This is something I've thought of before, but had no idea how to get it to work; I guess somebody did. I mean paid-to-surf seemed like a dead-end to me because of the time:worth ratio, but if structured as an mlm, the leverage in the multiple levels drastically changes that ratio.

It's still in pre-launch (where the pro mlmer's get in to make the big up-front bucks) and you can't join directly with corporate. There's a conference call tonight, which I plan to be on, I just wanted to know if anyone else has heard anything about it. Of course if you haven't, I would definitely like to sponsor you; don't forget it's free, so even if you're not particularly interested, you might want to sign-up just as an "in-case."

FYI - I'm not in yet (only like four or five people are), I don't even know the name of the company yet, I'm checking it out for the first time just like any of you who may be interested. I just know that if everything checks out, it would be awesome to have some serious players running with me from the start.

Aren't some of the other surf sites set up that way? For some reason I thought most of them were set up on something of an mlm or affiliate deal ....

I hope it isn't another ASD deal!

Mountain is right.

Read this folder before you proceed:

ASD - Ad Surf Daily

It was a hellish experience for many and the folks pushing it were rude and immature (to put it nicely).

I hadn't heard of any other surf sites set-up that way until now. I've seen a couple affiliate programs pay 2-levels, but that's about it.

As far as "ASD," I have no idea what that is and that link didn't show me anything other than a bunch of immature people ranting in a forum (nothing new) and something about $1 in and $1.25 out... other than that I have no idea what ASD is or was. If someone has a comp plan for it, PM me so I can compare it to this program when it's available; that might save me (and thousands of other people) from a potential headache, thanks.

From the sounds of it, it's not the same thing, because this program doesn't require any money to join; yet, so I don't know.

The conference call only had basic information that kind of only pertained to a few people; they're supposed to be having another one on Monday, so I guess I'll come back to update when I have more info. I was hoping to catch the eye of some Pro MLMer who might be involved, but I guess even if I did they're keeping the lid on tight until the site goes live.

Lots of anticipation being built, over 500 people on the call, but still no company name, no websites, no comp plan, no details at all really... crazy, but I kind of like it.

...and a whole lot of people lost a whole lot of money in that deal.

They even had LIVE events where folks paid huge checks to get involved - the hype was that huge.... if you study the forum enough - there is a ton of info to be had on it....

But if you have a head of common sense - you should be able to tell if this new deal is feasible or not -

I honestly believe a lot of the guys that invested thousands of dollars into ASD KNEW it would go under but they also knew that if you play the game right, you can invest big - make big - and get out before it folds.... they just didn't calculate for it to fold so quickly.

Here we go again...

This Paid-To-Surf stuff has been done a long time ago. Most of time
lasted a few months before dying out. Oh, and most of them were
in fact free to join.

I remember receiving a few checks from a company call AllAdvantage.
Now the company website redirects to a cash-gifting program.

If by this time you haven't heard of any paid-to-surf programs that is
MLM in nature, then you really need to do your research buddy.

Anyway, there's always the chance of making money but how much
and how long it will last is hard to tell.
