Quoting: AppealMarketing He did send out notice, how would freebird658, myself and others receive the email that stated such? You need to check your junk folder TJam.
Checked my spam folder. No notice. How? I don't know.
I heard from J.B. only once - a welcome message after I paid up. THAT message didn't get lost in my spam folder.
And for the record, MY 2020u site is still not up.
I call it like I see it. I didn't blame ANYONE but PAYPAL for this mess.
Still, the website owners are not without ethical obligation concerning all this. J.B. should be making efforts to contact EVERYONE who has had a problem with 2020u.
The same holds true for any website owner who by now, should also be aware of what problems people have been having with paypal.
The i4b website owner too I had to contact.
If I didn't get i4b website owner Jon Davies address from you Marv, I would have had to figure out some way of contacting HIM as well.
I shouldn't have to. They MUST know there is a problem with paypal and their site by now. The website owners should be reaching out. I have gotten no notice from either of them.
If I didn't follow this thread, my 2020u website would have been deleted in two weeks and I would have never known.
I think that deserves advance notification, just like we all deserved advance notification from Paypal - it's only fair.

No Marv, I didn't receive an email either, I found out the site was up after I filled out the details for the new processors in the communication station. I went back and checked my site later and it was up. The admin does need to find another email account or something cause his emails does not get through to ALOT of members. I had signups that NEVER received their website details after signing up and they tried contacting him numerous times with no answer. And I emailed him as well. And No they never made it to our junk mail either.

Paypal, was obviously wrong in their handling of all this.
So were the website owners...

Well TJAM, paypal and the program owner may have been wrong, but there is nothing we can do about it now but move on. At least the owner did not close down completely and he did change payment processors and they way the payments are handled. I think this will work much better once it gets going. The only beef I have now is the email (or lack thereof) situation. Something needs to be changed there so the members will actually receive the admin emails.

Just FYI, I've been watching this topic and I know that Passport To Wealth is on paypals no no list too. I think that if your doing ANY online business opp other than ebay, you should steer clear of Paypal as a payment processor. Google checkout is really good. Jason

Yes I have been hearing a lot of good reports about Google checkout, I hear it is a very easy checkout process, and very easy to set up. I also heard at one time they didn't charge any fees either, don't know if that is still true though.

That and SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT PAYPAL!!!
(also offer advice, and shared experience to those dealing with similiar issues)
AND, hold all website owners and promoters to a high standard. (which for a precious few, won't require any effort)

There's only so much I can do.
People who promote a website have some obligations as well.
Since I PAID into 2020u, I am trying to at least keep the site I paid $50 for!
So, I went online and SWEATED out trying to figure what the the HECK the teeny tiny thumbnail of a window found on the comstat page has to offer as far as getting my 2020u website back up.
After being FORCED to sign into SAFEPAY, as well as E-GOLD, I managed, with no small 'effort', to get through the 2020u TEENY TINY web window maze.
I STILL don't know what's up with my 2020u account - after hitting the 'submit' button on this TEEENY TIIINY website window/maze, I was instantly directed to YAHOO!!!
DON'T ASK ME WHY!!!
Still no notice or help offered from admin at 2020u.
There's only so much a customer/promoter can do when there's a problem with a particular website.
The website owners should have to earn their money as well!!

Is anyone having any success with 2020unlimited now that they are using e-gold and safepay? One of my signups got a referral on Dec 17 but neither of us has been paid yet. They said in an email then that it would take 10 days for their payment to clear..that was 2 days ago..and no word from 2020. We don't even know which processor the signup used. Don't think I like this new payment system..there is no way to check your account or pending payments or anything, we need a back office cause your just left in the dark...any comments?

Well, I for one am beginning to think I don't like ANYTHING about 2020unlimited! John Balfour is apparently going to cancel ALL 2020u websites unless they jump through some hoop he hasn't had the decency to even TELL his customers about. I found out about it somewhere in this thread. John Balfour doesn't answer emails.
It looks like he has chosen to take the money and run!
2020unlimited is DECEASED!!!
(soooo glad I didn't waste more than the $50 initial layout with this BIG FAT TURKEY!!!)

I'm beginning to agree with you. Sent an email about the signup we didn't get paid for...but ..no reply, as usual. Guess we all better just move on to other things and forget about this one. Live and Learn.

I got the same e-mail about a new signup and have not received any money. No emails have been returned.
I said this is a couple of weeks ago in this forum that John was just in it for the quick buck. He got his $5,000-$6,000 and now hes moving on laughing at us probably.
The rotator was a big joke!!!!
I moved on to better things Thank God!
Lets keep in touch.

Mary, On 6 X 6 million, do you have to write your own ebooks? How does this work?
20/20 is looking good too, but I would have to pull more money together for that. Thanks Gracia

Quoting: AppealMarketing Well I'm back - Had my 1st sale today from a gentleman who lives in Australia! I started heavily advertising to a few safelists today, for both of my opportunities. I spoke (via email) to the owner of 2020Unlimited yesterday, he confirmed that this is indeed a BRAND NEW program, so there is some risk involved, but the income potential is very high, being one of the 1st few members
Well, Mary, it looks like we need a bit of an income first for 20/20 unlimited, but what is 6 X 6 million all about? Do we have to write our own ebooks to sell? How does this system work?

I suggest you look through this thread Ms Dean, before you consider 2020u. Likewise the 6x6million thread...

Well, TJamMoneyMan,
I just looked through everything & it looks like Marv is doing well with 20 /20 unlimited. I still want to learn about 6 X 6 million thread. If I join 20/20, I will have to learn from Marv how to do it before I would join so I can get the same results. I now know to use Alert Pay rather than PayPal. Not making any decisions without more info from Marv. Gracia
