Tonight on our menu, whole chicken thrown in the oven for an hour, roasted red potatoes with onions, herbs and olive oil, and a salad! Yum! Doesn't get easier than that!

hmmm... I was on the run all day and the guys are watching Monday night football so it was chips and salsa/cheese mixture and then cake for desert ... doesn't get much easier than that either!

Hi Diane,

Last night (the 19th) we had vegetarian tacos.

We just replaced the meat with veggie burgers.

It was wonderful!
