1 Bunch of Kale
3-4 eggs
package of bacon
1/2 cup of cheese I use chedder shredded
2T of oil
Start out by cooking your bacon. I put mine in the oven
Put the 2Tablespoon of oil in a pan. Once its hot put your kale green in there long enough for them to wilt. After that take it out put in a casserole pan. Crumble up your cooked bacon on top. Crack eggs and beat then pour over the spinach and bacon. Then top with cheese. Bake aat 350 for 20 minutues. It is great.
