I've had a recipe for artichoke dip for a while but this is the first time I made it. I ate it with some fire roasted tomato and olive oil Triscuit's YUMM!
There was a sale at the store on cream cheese and Triscuits so I figured I'd try it out. I modified it from the recipe in the book and it came out great.
It's super easy. Here's how I made it.
Chopped a clove of garlic and a can of artichoke hearts. Spread the garlic and artichoke mixture over softened block of cream cheese and added 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Cooked a block of froze spinach in microwave for 5 minutes Cooked the artichoke and cream cheese in microwave for 3 minutes Added spinach and mixed it together and microwaved for another minute.

Mmmmm. I haven't had that in years. You are making me so hungry. Now I will be thinking about that recipe until I can make me some.

Thanks for sharing this recipe!! I've never had any luck making this dip but I LOVE the Artichoke Jalapeno dip from Costco. I'm going to give it another try and like that your recipe uses cream cheese instead of mayo. I'm sure it will be tasty.

I'm hungry too, and like cream cheese and hate mayo - so I just copied your recipe to try, thanks!!
