Please read directions before you start making.
You will need: 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 cup all purpose flour 7 tbsp hershey's cocoa 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup butter (melted) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup packed brown sugar - light 1 1/4 cup hot water (faucet water is fine)
Vanilla ice cream as well
Heat oven to 350 In med. bowl combine only 3/4 cup sugar, four, only 3 tbsp cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Blend in milk, butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour batter into lightly buttered 8 or 9 inch square baking pan. In small bowl combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, remaining 4 tbsp. cocoa. Sprinkle mixture over batter. Pour 1 1/4 cup Hot water over cake Do Not Stir Bake in oven until cake is done. Bake around 25 minutes
You should use a pan that you cook brownies in, It doesn't come out like a cake.
Serve with vanilla ice cream

Yummy! I keep telling my sister that she should start her own bakery. I'm not too big on chocolate, but I do love to eat! Thanks for sharing.
