If you are not very good at html and coding and want to build your own website which should you use?

Also because i just starting, do not have much cash to start up. So the cheaper the better

Any one got some suggestions?

I knew NO html or coding when I started and was completely lost and overwhelmed. I ended up going with SiteBuildIt (SBI) because they have it set up where you don't have to know any coding but you can still build a very nice site that gets free targeted traffic from the search engines.

Most people (including me when I started) would not consider SBI to be cheap. It runs $299 for the year, which is $25 per month. I was scared to death to invest that much money up front, but I discovered over time that it was a worthy investment.

You can get free and cheap hosting elsewhere, but be prepared for a huge learning curve in the actual building process. Having a site is one thing. Having a site that generates free targeted traffic is something else entirely.

I'm pretty sure SBI is one of the best site building programs, especially for beginners. (I would say THE best, but then I haven't seen them all).

I just took templates from the Profit Lance site and built my own websites by using Macromedia Dreamweaver (I believe that is the program). It allowed me to just change the text without having to know much about html. But along the way I felt the need to work with meta tags, keywords, etc... so I sucked it up and learned html.

How about free?

NVU is one of the best free WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You
Get) HTML editor out there.

For those not familiar or good with HTML, with WYSIWYG, you would
type and format as you would if you were using a word processor.

By the way, you may want to check if Frontpage was included with
your computer. If it is, you might as well start using it.

You don't have to learn HTML right away, but don't let that stop you
from starting.

Good luck!

You can build a free website and blog with Weebly.com.
You may use a sub-domain of Weebly or purchase your own domain name on the spot.
This is super simple even for a beginner, and costs nothing.
Google Page Creator is similar but has less options.
Or, use Blogger, Hub Pages or Squidoo.
I hope this helps!

I even don't know HTML. I used Microsoft Web expression tool to generate the design for my web pages.

Its really good and you can download the trial version of Expression Web from their site.

I am doing SBI just like happywife. At first I was hesitant b/c of the cost, but neither PL or Honest Riches gave me enough hand holding to get a real website started. And now I'm doing great! Well worth the money to have someone teach you exactly how to build a winning website. And no html or any website experience required.
