I don't know how 3 hours is enough. I myself need at least 8 hours a day

I have to agree with everyone here. I used to stay up and get 3 - 4 hours a night for three of fours days in a row. Then I would sleep 12 hours for a night.

I noticed that the quality of my work was much better after the long night of sleep. So I begin to set myself a bedtime each night.

I also created a list of what I needed to do. I still do this. It allows me to focus on my work without distraction and still get at least 6 hours of sleep and night.

Make a list and focus on it. You will be able to accomplish so much and still get to sleep at night. And you really do need the sleep.
