I've been researching paid survey companies lately looking for ways to make some extra money without having to find a 9 to 5. I 've found that though there is a bit of work involved, it can actually be fun and you can even get some freebies, like reviewing products that you then get to keep. I'm in the process of testing out several companies but would love to hear from others who have had long term experience with this.

Cashcrate is quite a good program especially if you live in the USA.
You can make money with Cashcrate by taking offers, surveys and referring people.

Yes surveys are a good way to make EXTRA income. It will not however replace a brick and morter job. It is worth it if you are not looking to make a living from it.

Hi
I have found paid surveys a great way to supplement your income, but not necessarly replace it. I have been making an extra $20-50 a week which sure is nice when birthdays and christmas come around!
I really recommend avoiding the paid survey lists though, because you can get these lists for free from tonnes of paid survey directory websites out there!

In my opinion I am not sure with surveys. There are people doing this and getting paid, but I am not. I have already spoken many things regarding this.
People from US have the best chance of earning money with surveys, for rest of them it is only the peanuts.,

I have to agree with pinkyparrot here, paid survey is good for make EXTRA money, but not enough to replace your 9 -5 job.

If you can find paid surveys that you qualify for you could stack up some dollars. I'm with an earlier posting don't know who these folks are claiming 'big money' from surveys. Unless they are doing a trick to qualify for nearly everyone they get.
Enjoy if that's your thing, but in pursuing online biz success, don't expect it unless you focus on building a monthly residual income generator. Anything else is a fancy job, of sorts.

The thing, again, with surveys is there are no guarantees. Period. I am always honest when taking them and encourage others to do the same. That said, I often joke that I am a marketers "dream" in terms of demographics which, I believe is a big part of the reason I tend to do so well with them.

I personally tried paid surveys for quite some time and was totally disappointed by the "small" amounts you made for such time spent. Also, most of the time I took surveys to qualify for the cash surveys and didn't even qualify so that was just time wasted. It didn't work for me and it took quite a while in the beginning to just join the groups too.

Surveys are a great way to make extra money. But don't depend on it because if you do not qualify for a survey then you don't make any money.

yes, paid surveys makes possible to make money but one has to proceed in a particular manner.I think a website is essential to promote paid survey affiliate link.one has to know website search engine promotion so that the website will bring traffic .

I am unsure so far about surveys. I tried joining a free list back a few years ago but found that many of the emails I got were dead ends looking for me to fill out there surveys literally for free. I definently would not recommend free lists because my email just got clogged up with junk emails. There has to be a better way.

Then you joined a bad list. Not all free lists are bad. Again, blanket statements are always dangerous (that was a little joke...see, I just made a blanket statement.)
But just because one list was bad doesn't mean they all are. The best way it to read through sites, read their privacy policies and decide what is best for you.

I have a friend who does well with surveys but he has been doing them for a long time and knows ways to qualify for them. Yes, he lies but that's the only way he can get a lot of surveys. He told me how to do it too but I opted to not do it. Sonni

I actually started doing Surveys when I was laid-off :\ You can make good money from that. But there are many easier ways to make money Online that don't require to much of your time and give you alot more money. But be careful because there are a lot of scammers out there.

Paid Surveys offer a way to make $$$ on the internet. You may not earn a lot to become rich overnight but surely you can earn money to pay the bills.
