Marktech Forums Member Joined: 8 Jan 2008 Posts: 232	#2 · Posted: 17 Feb 2008 10:58 Haven't heard of Livewire Research but if they are going to pay you they need your SS# or that other Tax id # for businesses, (can't remember what it's called) but if you are an individual, (not a business) and you want to get paid, at least BEFORE you get paid on a REGULAR basis, you will most likely have to give them a SS#. I have tried a few survey programs - made a little, not a lot. __________________ Freelance Jobs - Data Entry, Article Writing, Word Processing, Surveys, more. Set your own hours.

Yes I gave them my SS# since I know they are legitimate and my information is safe with them. Of course give it or not is totally up to you. Another survey site that requires SS# is Harvard Business School CLER lab which is also legit and safe.
