In listening to a seminar the other day, it was discussed how important it is to write a "vision statement" and create a culture in your Network Marketing business......
Every business builds their individual culture over time. Leaders create a culture on purpose. If not, one will be created for us and it might not be one that is aligned with our vision.
Leader's decide what is important and what their team is going to be known for -- the fastest growing, the best trained, the highest performing, the best teamwork?
It's like a road map which gives everyone guidelines on how to work together toward a common shared goal. It takes at least a year to drive culture and is important to protect and promote it.
So start with a compelling vision - be able to paint a clear picture and be able to articulate it. Try it out on friends and tweak it until it generates the energy, commitment, and enthusiasm needed to build a successful team.
What are your thoughts?

A thought-provoking post Ginger. Without a picture of where you are headed don't expect to get there. The imagination is a predictive creative faculty. The picture held in mind is where you're going. See it clearly and it comes to pass.
This is why I spend at least 30 minutes a day visualizing. I take breaks on the hour to paint my picture in deeper detail. Since starting this practice things fall in place easily and people in harmony with my vision show up in increasing numbers.
