Many very good franchise opportunities can be started for $20,000 or even less, as opposed to the often implied amounts of hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Risk is substantially decreased with franchising. Most independent start-ups are finished within a couple years, whereas 90% or more of franchise businesses are running strong after that time period.
