Hello all;

Have you ever joined a company without knowing what the product is? If so, please explain. This company is in prelaunch and it's free to join right now. They say just start building your downline. I've searched high and low trying to find out what the product of this opportunity is. I can't find any info but they claim to be adding members rapidly.

How do you get someone to join when you don't know what you're getting into?

Thanks in advance.

No one is going to build your downline for you. When a company tells you that, they are not telling you the truth. You will need to go out there and advertise your own business.

There are no short-cuts in this business.

You have got to know what the product is before you join a company. Period.

If you can't tell what it is and what's going on how can you expect anyone else to follow through.

May be wise to pursue something else.

I would never join a company in prelaunch because it is way too riskey. You don't know if the company will actually make it pass the 5 year threshold.

The only way I would join a prelauch is if I personally new the founders and knew that they had prior MLM experience not to mention INTEGRITY!

Why would you join a company if you can't tell what their products are? I would be cautious.

Interesting,

Like with everyone, we do our research and make our decisions based on various criteria, and obviously, if you are joining a start up in pre-launch and it is free, what have you got to lose other than getting spammed perhaps. lol

Although the risk is higher with pre-launch deals, so too is the reward if you happen to choose the right deal at the right time, so getting in early does have some value if the compensation plan is one which others may contribute to your downline, as in some matrix and binary plans, so it all depends, just too many variables to simply paint all start ups with one brush.

Success to all,

It sounds a bit fishy! Why won't they share with you what the product/service is? That definitely raises a red flag!
I'm not totally against starting with a company in pre launch, b/c lets face it every company has to start somewhere, but you definitely want to make sure you believe in the product/service first before you bring it to others. If it does turn out to be a big scam or something you can't even believe in yourself you will have lost all credibility with the people you got to join.
Good luck to you!

Hey,

I would not even bother going any further with this so called company. It sounds like a scam!!! I run my own business and when I started there wasn't anything I didn't know. I sell the new 4g internet and coming up soon in April will be able to sell Sprint products also. If your interested in having your own business then shoot me an email and I can feel you in on the company I work for that offers a great business plan and compensation plan. [email protected]

debrun7, i absolutely believe that mjepstein hit the nail on the head with that reply! Please be very cautious! That red flag should come up and i think it did since you brought it up in this forum. Business fundamentals- know your product, know your compensation plan, know your who your market is, be honest and find support. Network Marketing is about communication and more.
