I live in the great state of Louisiana, and simply can't imagine life anywhere else.
Like everyone else, I've suffered through the "School of Hard Knocks", and feel I have finally found a tiny bit of wisdom in my old age.

For the past 15 years, I've practiced massage therapy. In addition, I've been an instructor for 5 years. In my journey as a therapist, I've been exposed to countless people who were desperately trying to get off of medications.

This encouraged me to seek other avenues with my massage business, so that others could be educated on alternative health care methods.

My kids and grandkids are my heartbeat. Of course, my German Shepherd, Max, plays a hefty role in my life, also.

I've visited this forum for a long time, and finally decided it's time to expand my horizons a step further and join in the fun!
