Is there a good software to buy that will assist in tracking enquires for your business? I have a manual system at the moment but would like to track enquiries who become a sale, where they came from and be able to manage their client details?

I believe that you can do this with Google Analytics. It allows you to set 4 goals and to track conversion.

I have not used these methods yet, but I do use analytics to track traffic sources.

Good Luck

http://www.tracking202.com and its self-hosted counterpart Prosper202 can do pretty much anything you throw at it.

Yes, i agree you can use Google Analytics. It is still one of the best tracking software online and it's free. I'm always using it

Best wishes,
Vicky

I'm also very happy with Google analytics. Don't know anything else, though. If you use squidoo, then you're lucky because they have their own tracking system in-built. Hopes this helps!

I have never used a tracking software. I'm new to internet marketing so that makes sense to get familiar with one. I think I have heard of google analytics before too. I think i'm going to check it out.
