Hi,
I am resident in South Africa, and have been looking at starting an online business. I found that in most instances, especially affiliate marketing, the recommended method of payment is via Paypal.
The problem I have is that Paypal allows us here to make transfers to our a/c, but you are not allowed to withdraw from your a/c. I think it has something to do with bank fraud. There are quite a few countries where Paypal has this restriction, and it just seems strange that you are not allowed to withdraw funds from Paypal to your nominated bank a/c.
Anybody have some advice how to get around this issue ? Thanks

You can request a check for your funds. That shouldn't be a problem. I thinkg it takes up to 15 days for you recieve your check.
