My husband and I live in an area that is being hit hard by foreclosures.
We have found a wonderful program with a 98% success rate that allows us to help homeowners stop their homes from being foreclosed. Most homeowners are not aware that these programs are even out there and can keep them from losing their homes. We are currently using this program to supplement our income as we help out several home owners in our area and wanted to get the word out to others who can help people in their areas keep there homes.
What would be the best (non-spam) way to pass this along?

Welcome Diane!
I may sound like a broken record but have you tried to use a blog or places like Squidoo?? With those kinds of places you can target very specific markets by using keywords and building pages around your product.
It's one of the most economical ways to market something online - you can use articles to draw people to your website or blog... feel free to pm me if you have questions on this - or if it all sounds like greek  and I'll shoot a few tips your way...

To that I would add that you can enter discussions on relevant forums and blogs with a back link in your sig file leading to your site.

If you TRY TO MARKET LOCALLY USING ONLY THE INTERNET
YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME!
Local things- market locally. Fliers, cold-calling, set up
meetings,etc..
If you want to hide behind a computer you are in the
wrong business. It is way, way more effective to meet
people and talk to them for this sort of thing.

If you are just targeting homes in your area, you can do an Adwords campaign that is targeted specifically at your local area.
