Have you used the chat line with Ebay to ask them what you need to do about that? Sometimes what happens is that someone ELSE reports you and then you just need to prove that you are not quilty...
I have discovered the chat line is the quickest way to get to someone with a question - use the 'live help' function...
Good luck!

For some reason I find there are a lot of people that sell nike shoes get suspended. There are a lot of fakes. It is also a chance your competition knows how to report you to ebay to get you out of the way. I would stay away from the nike shoes. There is a site with all info on getting suspended, etc. www.Suspened-From-Ebay.com It takes a lot of work and proof to get back on and get back to business, if you can get back to your home business. It is very easy to violate an eBay listing policy \ guideline without knowing it.

Are you selling fakes??? I doubt that eBay would suspend your account if you are not selling fakes. Anyway, you should contact eBay to try to resolve this. Good luck.
