I was thinking of creating a FREE Marketing Resources Website for Home Business Owners.
Any place that I can find is either to pay some kind of monthly fee or doesn't have various
marketing techniques (they only specify in few, often only one).
I was looking for different techniques and I have to surf like forever to find something.
Is it a good idea at all to create this kind of website?
I would appreciate any advices or suggestions!

I think that would be a great idea. There are some great free resources out there.
There are actually some great ones in signatures on the forum here.

I think you could do very well if you spent the time to collate all the different tools you can find and put them in one place. You could also do a little review on each so people know how easy or hard they are to use.
