I was just curious if anyone had used the Site Build It(SBI) program offerred from the Clickbank Resources. It sounds like a great program that helps you with hosting, building your site, helping get traffic to your site, pre selling and then helping to sell your product or service. The only thing that got me was the cost of $299.

It does have a money back guarantee with it but i would just like some feedback from some people that have used this program before i make my decision.

Thanks Moyke

Hi Mike,

I use SBI and have done for a little over 2 years. I absolutely adore it, to put it mildly.

I didn't purchase through Clickbank, but I do remember reading that they have it available there for affiliates to sign up and promote. I'm an affiliate myself, but not through Clickbank. They have an independent affiliate program outside of CB, too.

At the moment (and until Friday night, March 27) they are running their spring special that allows you to purchase 2 full site building packages for $399 instead of the usual $299 for one.

You can split with someone and both save or you could save the extra package and activate it within the next 9 months.

Personally, although some people think the price is too high, I think it's a real bargain. I knew nothing about building a business website before I purchased SBI and now I have 4 lovely sites bringing in a nice little income that increases continually.

I'm a dyed in the wool convert.

Hope that helps you "make your decision." If I can be of further help, please don't hesitate to ask.

Blessings,
Angie

So is the $299 or $399 an annual charge for the program or is that the purchase price with a smaller amount as the membership fee?

Thanks Moyke

The $299 is the annual fee for the package. It includes your domain and hosting (of course) as well as all the tools and training that you use along the way. It is renewable each year.

If you get the special for $399 that means you get 2 packages. So you save $200 on the first year of the second package, but when the year is up and you renew it, you pay the full $299 for the second year, etc.

There is no additional fee for membership. The brainstorming tools, keyword research, etc., auto blogger, auto page submission to the search engines, autoresponder, private members forum, etc., is all included in the package.

The only additional fee to Sitesell that you may or may not choose to incorporate is a $99 per year fee for an additional service they've added about 16 months or so ago. It is called Content 2.0 which you can enable to allow visitors to add content to your site.

If you look at some of the pages of my chocolate-candy-mall.com site you'll see a form at the bottom where visitors can add their own recipes, photos, reviews, recommendations, etc. I approve the pages before they go live, but it's been a great asset to the site. I have over 300 pages that visitors have added - free unique content to continue to improve my search engine rankings (well, not free $99 per year ).

That isn't a requirement, but they offer the service if anyone wants it. They allow you to try it out and use up to 25 C2 pages for free before you decide if it will benefit your site and visitors or not. If it doesn't add value to your site, you don't have to continue with it.

For me, it was well worth it. The only reason I elaborate on that is because I don't like people to think they are getting SBI and then are going to be upsold on a bunch of other products needed to succeed.

You literally only NEED the basic sitebuildit package to succeed. I didn't add C2 to my first site until it was a year old.

All in all, even though I am paying $299 plus $99 for each of my sites, I make enough money in one month from them to pay for their "keep" for the year. All the rest is cream on top.

Does that explain it?
Blessings,
Angie

Yes, interesting isn't it. They've finally decided to give it a try for new members because of the tough economic times. I hope it will turn out to be a real success and that more people will put forth the effort.

I'm so terribly grateful that I found SBI when I did and only wish I had run across it much sooner.

Happy Thanksgiving!
Angie

There are certain groups of people who have mixed feelings about SBI. Some say that you don't own your site, which is false. In general if you are making a thousand dollars or more on your present site you don't need SBI.

But for people who have limited knowledge of building a website and driving traffic to their website SBI is a great choice. There hosting is above average but they more than make up for it with the included tools including link building strategies, value exchange, and monetization research.

Incidentally, Happywife mentioned the content 2.0 package which allows your visitors to create web pages for you through commenting, adding photos and other creative methods. These new pages don't get added to your site until you approve them and possibly tweak them a bit with keywords. Some members have in excess of 2500 pages written for them by their visitors. Recently SBI made the C2 program available for free to its members. So the additional $99.00 is no longer an issue.

One thing I can say about SBI from reading reviews and comments is there are 2 camps. They either love it or they want to bash it. So the ultimate decision is how you feel in your gut. There is no denying, and proof is in this thread, that SBIers are very passionate about Site Build It!

Including myself.

Yes, I have three (3) SBI sites.

One for my private practice in psychology, which boosted my referral rates of cash-only clients by over 30%.

One that lists the best MLM companies, which earns me nice income from Adsense and referrals.

And a new site I'm just beginning to monetize.

SBI is the best!

All the Best,

Mark

I would aprreciate to talk to anyone using SBI.
I looked at it and was interested in it and would love to talk to a current user and ask them some questions about it.
Please email me when you get a chance.

Beautiful.

Here is my experience with SBI so far... I only have one SBI site and it is my main money making site at this point. (I made about $1200 last month with it via various affiliate products and adsense)

I THOUGHT I had made over $1600 and was a pretty happy camper but the one affiliate site had a messed up back office so my earnings with them was like a tenth.

What I am trying to do is create smaller wordpress sites to run along with that now, as I am hoping that instead of getting another SBI site I can create other niche sites with what I have learned thru SBI.

I admit that I am getting frustrated at times as I am used to working with such a great all-in-one program with SBI! But I am getting closer to getting my own program down pat so that I can create niche sites faster - and get them indexed and all sooner.

I really liked the UAW (Unique Artcle Wizard) for article submission as building backlinks is huge as well to get more traffic, but it just drives me nuts to pay someone for something a MONTHLY fee for something I can do myself.

Which is what I can do with the RapidRewriter article spinner and it is a one time charge - so I am getting there - always learning!

I will heartily and unashamedly promote SBI - especially for beginners as you will learn SO MUCH in a very short time about SEO and keyword research which is crucial to your success with Internet Marketing.

I knew next to nothing about SEO, backlinks, keyword stuff etc when I first started with SBI - and I STILL don't know how to build a website from scratch with html.

I am living proof you don't need to know all that to make mooolah!

I used to do more of that but I ended up answering so many questions via email and messages that it ate up very valuable time that I need to spend working on my 'stuff'... and the other thing is if I want to feed you bs, I can do that over the phone just as well as on here.

p.s. even though I am an affiliate for SBI - if I depended on that to pay bills, I would be homeless long ago.
