I hope you guys are aware of Paypal India issue that is being going on. Letting you guys know that.

Pity. We in India not able to withdraw money to local banks unless PayPal sorts this problem out.

But the good news from the article is that:
PayPal can resume operations once it secures registration with RBI.
So this looks like a temporary thing.

But definitely PayPal should have not let us through this way. Being a leader in online payments (as they always say ) why don't they do a basic research when they do localization!
