If I set up an e-commerce site in teh UK, do I still have to pay tax on it, just like an offfline business? Thanks in advanc Simon

I "think" you would have to - you might want to search online for a legal forum based in the UK for this kind of question.

Yeah, in the United States, they don't discriminate. It doesn't matter where you're income comes from, it's ALL taxable!

I am pretty sure the only way out of taxes is to get an offshore account that is on an island. You just have to be careful because a lot of them are scams.
