Well said Bob
You can complete a high intensity training workout in as little as 4 minutes.... (Google: Tabata) The EPOC or "Afterburn" is why it is far superior for fat loss.... but the time savings isn't bad either!

here's my suggestion, simply have a self discipline. Don't eat too much fatty food, be a vegetarian and play badminton.. I used to play badminton for 2 months and i lost 10 kilos of my weight..Before 60 kilos, now down to 48..

Diet, diet, diet!
Did I mention your diet?
whole foods lot's of water NO SUGARED DRINKS. coffee /tea is ok NO PROCESSED foods portion control no high sugar foods moderate carbs
If you can follow these things, the weight WILL come off! Ad eny favorite exercise or activity and you'll be good.

The best way to lose weight is by proper diet and exercise. It helps to start off walking or riding daily and change your diet to a low-calorie diet. The hard part is taking action and staying dedicated. Therefore you should find a workout buddy to keep you motivated and track your success.

Watch what you eat but do not starve yourself. Work on an Organic diet.. stay away from preserved foods. Fish is a really great one plus the Omega 3's are really good for you.
