New on here so hope this post has possibly been covered before and someone can send me in the right direction! I'm looking to start a small ironing service from home and wondered if there was a standard clause in homeowners property deeds that may suggest I couldnt use my home for business use? Any advice given appreciated, thanks

You might be able to find a free legal agreement you can use on Google - just do a search for it. However, always consult with a lawyer to make sure you have all your basis covered...

I would suggest that you contact your local town office and ask them if there are any limitations to operating a home based business.

You may have to pay a fee for a business license from the town that you live in.
