Hi there,

Just a simple question, but with a possible complex answer, perhaps you could assist and advise me what to watch out for.

I think a "Turnkey System" is a money making system that is more or less on "auto pilot". In other words, once you "turn the key" to set things in motion, the system will run itself and you'll make some money. Easier said than done, of course, but definately possible.

Does it means that we don't need to do advertising on the turnkey system?

Just curious about the turnkey system

I always thought a 'turnkey system' was one that was all ready for you - all you have to do, is log in and follow directions..

It's all set up for you..

I had a 'turnkey' system available to me when I got started in my HB and that was how that worked -

But I still have to advertise - I have yet to see a system that will advertise for you, without any effort on your part!

(But I admit that I have yet to see everything out there - LOL)

Just like when someone builds a turn-key house - it simply means that you turn the key, walk in and it is ready to move in!

There are all types of "turnkey" businesses. It is any business where the start up time is relatively short and you can start right away. For example: think of a existing pizza shop in your town. When the owner sells and the new owner walks in, that would be considered a turnkey business. All the equipment is there, there is an existing client base, and there may even be employees that are willing to stay.

When we talk about a turnkey business system online, generally there is a system in place that will make it very easy to get started. Usually the company will set up your website and give you access to turnkey marketing solutions that are already in place. All marketing materials, ie. Banners, Direct Mail flyers, logos, print material, will all be furnished by the parent company. Some ad copy may also be available. All these items greatly reduce the time for setup, thus making it a "turnkey" solution for you.

As you can see there could be a huge difference as to how "turnkey" an opportunity is.

I owned an auto care franchise and found that in the beginning, the "turnkey" nature of that franchise is what ultimately gave me the edge to be profitable in my first year. Hope this helps.
