How much money are they asking? If it is too much, it is a scam. Their whole income is based on earnings from people who want to join their programs.
They will set up a website for you (these type of websites can be set up automatcially using a script) where you will have lots of stuff that you can sell. But how are you going to drive targetted traffic?
Often these type websites will also sell you high priced traffic. So after spending may be $5,000, you will generate a $100 income.

They appear to be legit - but that is just my personal opinion.
But even if you sign up - remember....it is all about driving qualified traffic and lots of it.

We can only advice you, but the ultimate decision lies with you. Look at them very well and try to see if they are making sense to you. Also conduct searches to learn more about their reputation.

Salehoo and World Wide Brands are directories of dropshipping companies. They are not the dropshipping companies themselves. World Wide Brands is the best company with a directory of the best list of dropshippers because the company actually has a hired staff who inspects each dropshipper to ensure they are worth working with.
This type of information, of course, is typically not free for two reasons: to keep the quality of the directory up and to keep out would-be dropshipping businesses who are not prepared.
Understand that if you're planning to do dropshipping, and you're from the United States, you will need to become a verified Business, i.e. get an LLC from your state chamber of commerce, in order to do business with some of the merchants on the dropshipping list. These merchants may not deal with people who are not considered legitimate businesses. So the directory list protects you and the merchant. Not everything that you pay for is a scam.
Salehoo and World Wide Brands are the two best ones that I know of that have dropshippers that deal internationally. Remember, that in a dropshipping business it it YOU who deal with all customer issues, not the dropshipper. They just send out the goods. Plus, all marketing efforts, including website building is your responsibility.
In my opinion, affiliate marketing, while complex, is a more cost-effective way of making money online.

Salehoo is definately not a scam. One thing to remember, however, is that you will be competing with other eBay sellers, selling the same kinds of products as they do, so you will need to differentiate yourself somehow to stay ahead of your competitors.

I have benn selling on ebay for 5 years now and salehoo is one of the best directories that have resources about wholesale and dropshipping companies. World wide brands is another excellent directory but it is more expensive to join
