I've purchased some products. Read through them. I understand the clickbank system but I am losing faith in the methods to generate traffic to my sites. I really need some advice or just an encouraging word. Thanks so much

Hi Christelle Maritz, I would advise you to send the world a word about your sites: 1. Visit some forums and blogs, participate in discussions and contribute your part. Those who will find you interesting will look at your signature. 2. Write some useful articles about your products. Use squido and so... 3. Open a blog and tell every one about you experience with the products you promote. Try to get some pingbacks/trackbacks from other blogs. 4. Try PPC (AdWords) but this will cost you some money, read a lot about this first.
Good Luck and update us about your progress.

Hi Stelle,
I think we've all been there, and most of us still are!
Offers' suggestions are right on track for increasing traffic to your sites. I just have never had much luck with Clickbank... I know some people have, I'm just not one of them.
I have always heard to pick something you're passionate about and I kind of 'off the cuff' agreed. But I really must say that the things that really work the best for me online are the areas that I am passionate about, transcription from home and reading!
I do send you good wishes and hope your business picks up right away!
Diane

Hi Stelle,
Not sure which methods you've tried so far but Offer Tsuriel had given some good advice.
You do have to provide some value in your interaction and articles and provide backlinks to get any traffic. You should also learn about SEO to get traffic from search engines.
As Offer Tsuriel mentioned: Participate on blogs and forums. Make sure that some of them are within your niche. If you add value there, you'll get traffic.
Other than that, you might study and experiment a bit more. Time and experience will show you what works and what doesn't while you improve your skills.
Good luck,
~Newbie Shield~

Do you have any specific questions? What methods have you tried? Are you getting any traffic at all?

How long have you been doing this?
If it's only been a few weeks or a few months, you've only just begun. What have you tried so far? What are you using to promote your business? Answer these questions and maybe someone can find tune the answer you are looking for. There are people more than willing to give you advice. Offer Tsuriel gave you some really good advice about promoting your business.

Hi Stelle,
I had a really difficult time trying to promote clickbank products when I was starting out. I have to admit that I didn't stick with it for long enough to implement all of the suggestions that you have received above.
I felt like I was getting nowhere fast.
I came across the concept of building a full niche website and recommending affiliate products all related to the same niche topic (both egoods and hard goods). The presentation of the concept was laid out so well to me that I thought, "This makes sense! I can do this!"
And so I did. Well, it sounds easy when you say it fast, I know. But really, I've found it to be a lot of work, but really not that difficult, if that makes sense to you.
I tend to recommend the same thing to others because it worked for me. It's something to consider.
It's easier to generate plenty of free traffic to a website that is full of valuable content and built around well researched keywords.
Blessings, Angie

I recommend you break it down into this simple approach.
First, look at your products. I'm going to assume you're trying to promote the ones in your signature links. One's about Yeast infection and the other is about a biz opportunity. Two different niches.
The yeast infection will not appeal to anyone in a work at home forum unless you find a women's health or herbal forum.
I think your best approach is to go on a site like Triond (pays per page view) or Associated Content (pays per page view but long approval process) or Go Articles (no revenue. Free).
Don't write about your product because that would be an ad. Instead, write about your niche topic "Yeast Infection". Name common problem(s) women face that really could be very embarrassing but there's a quick fix.
But you educate them about some herbal plant extract (i'm just making this up for an example) that works better than vinegar. It's called dandelope. Dandelope is a special weed found in etc. etc.
To Learn more about how dandelope can cure you of yeast infection, see The Yeast Disintegrator. Or whatever your product's called. Make that phrase a hyperlink with your affiliate link. Or you can link to your Yeast infection blog or website that goes into more depth about your niche.
Sprinkle your keyword naturally throughout your article. Allows your article to get picked up on the search engine faster. Don't stuff it in there. Just blend it into your content.
That's why they say article marketing is a great way to gain traffic. You write about your topic and aspects of it without writing directly about your product. The information you provide is information that people have common problems with. If you've had that problem before, you can relate it to them better than anyone else. Don't sound like an infomercial. Just imagine you were talking to a friend or educating people about a common problem. One of your solutions is your product. Marketers call this the "soft sell" or the "pre-sell".
This can take a little while to gain traffic. Perhaps a couple of weeks or a month. But you can speed it up by Twittering. Adding your article URL to Pingomatic.com and pinging (knocking on the doors) or blog directories. You can also go to social marker and send your add to many book marking sites. but the keyword density of your articles is key. 3% -5% of your total word content is ideal.

Stelle Maritz: I really need some advice or just an encouraging word. Thanks so much i personally recommend selling ebay. Ebay has done the hard work for you. eBay is a very big marketplace where anything can be sold there. You do not need a degree in web programming or any formal training in web design or internet marketing to lean how to sell on ebay. Ebay brings interested customers right to your door. The best thing is that it is a scam free company.

If you are looking for shortcuts to earning money online, you will have a hard time making any money.
Adwords combined with affiliate products are the fastest way to generate traffic and sales.
The problem with Adwords is that you could lose a fortune if you don't know what you are doing.
I agree with everyone above. There is no such thing as get rich quick online. I don't mean to sound too harsh. I feel for your situation, but you have to work at it every day.
It takes time for targeted traffic to come to your website. You will have to always be applying effort and testing your results.
You must also have or find a never say die attitude, when trying to start an online business.
If you are submitting articles one at a time and not seeing results, than sign up for a article submission site to get your articles to more places every time you submit them.
If you are not capturing your visitors emails and following up with them, you have already lost sales as a result.
Are you using Facebook, Twitter,or any other social network sites to grow your following?
There are a million other ways to generate visitors and make affiliate sales. It takes patience, testing and learning as you go.
