Hey guys,
I was just reading about an automated business opportunity, that doesn't sound like it's operating anymore I might add, that says if you set it up, push a few buttons, sit back in your office chair, put your feet up with your hands behind your head and watch the $100 notes just fly out of your computer and into your bank account, I think everyone would be doing it.
"its too good to be true" Nothing is a 100% automated! At the end of the day you still have to do so some marketing. What is your opinion?

to make money online, you will need to work hard. This is a fact. That's why 97% of persons trying to make money online fail.

Yasser is correct! Online marketing takes a lot of time and hard work. But, if you stay with it, it'll eventually start paying off.

Run fast! in the opposite direction, anything worth anything requires work, and a nice amount of it.

Technically speaking, you CAN set up automated income streams that WILL run virtually on auto pilot. The CATCH is that these automated income streams take time and effort to get to the point where they will run by themselves. It takes a lot more than pushing a few buttons to make something run by itself...

Things do run themselves.. after hours and hours of implementation, also if you don't do some marketing at all times (Even if it's a blog post a week, or an article a week) it's better than nothing, you need to make sure you aren't stagnant, because people don't want leaders that don't keep current.

A business online can be automated. Yes, you need to find a target market. You need to find a product to sell to that market. You need to set up an opt in page and an autoresponder. You then need to make sure everything is working and then comes the most important aspect:
Marketing and Advertising.
Once you master bringing traffic in, you can allow your system to work hands free and on auto-pilot.
You can put your business on auto-pilot once it is set up correctly.

I've had limited success with marketing automation tools, maybe because I was in the "all I'm going to have to do is push a button" mindset.
I found out that there was still a lot of work to do.

Yup, you gotta work hard AND smart! Personally, I don't mind hard work, it's knowing where to put my efforts is the tough part. Make sure to do your homework, and find out everything there is to know about biz before you get involved. Good luck!

I just re-read my last post and I must have been tired.. There is no such thing as a 100% automated process, a type in your name & Go system on the internet.. or anything else at all. you NEED to work, I'm working on a few businesses right now, and I probably put 1-2hrs a day (give or take) in on the business. I am starting to see success, but it took a little while to get everything in place (blogs, web-pages, capture pages, ppc campaigns etc). Anyone who tells you that they have a system that you can turn they key, start it up and watch the money fly in.. either is blowing smoke up your dupa, or doesn't know much about the system.

My sincerest opinion is that people take it literally as "no hands" or "runs by itself". When in reality the internet is an ever changing beast that gives and takes. By that I mean we have to be up to date on what are the new trends available. Remember the days when e mails were done manually. Nowadays you can load upwards of 100K e mails in minutes. With an autoresponder you can deliver your message to thousands of people. Of course you have to learn the language available on the internet. There are many hungry buyers who are waiting to open their wallets but you have to be open and honest about what you are selling or offering or else you will LOSE.
I hope this can help many who read this.

My opinion is that skepticism is definitely appropriate regarding this. Whenever people are trying to take advantage of others and lure in unsuspecting people to fork over their money they start playing the 'EASY' and 'FAST' cards. No way...
