Video marketing can be a great way to earn money online. I would suggest downloading a free 30 day trial of Camtasia Studio, a popular kind of screen capture and video recording software, which will make the process of video marketing a lot easier.

It's all part of the several viable marketing strategies available. However, do just think you can make a video and magic happens.

Camtasia is a nice product, but if you are low on budget for making video, without a webcam. If you can use microsoft movie maker or do a search for other free video making software.

Simple vidoes that get the message across can and do work to bring you traffic to your website. You do still need to learn about marketing with the right keywords in the title amongst other general marketing SEO things.

Video marketing can be an effective means of getting your message out there. However, you almost need to treat it like a blog. If you just post commercials for the products you're promoting, you will probably have trouble. You have to develop a following first by providing something of value (entertainment), and then gradually introduce them to your product.

It takes a certain talent, but if you can pull it off, I think it has the potential to be profitable.

I also recommend camtasia studio. You will get 30 days to try it. The price of the recent version is 299 but you can buy older versions at a lower price.Another program for video creation is instant demo and you can use it forever free if your videos displays instant demo icon.

Video is perhaps the most popular and effective promotional/teaching medium at the moment. Adding that to your marketing options can only boost your results.

Another useful tool you may consider is: CamStudio - an OpenSource, free video streaming software. It records your computer's screen and audio activity, making it ideal for creating video tutorials, presentations, info products and more.
