Hello moonheart,
I'm not really sure what PTC site is or what cashcrate means. What kind of work at home opportunity are you looking into doing. As for me I'm am following a legitimate course that is teaching me how to become an affiliate marketing. Affiliate marketing is definitely a really profitable business to get into. So if you are interested just let me know and I will give you the link to the course that I'm taking. Just PM me.
Good Luck
Matt

Affiliate marketing is free. There is a free course called the 30 day challenge that will explain it to you. It also helps to find something you love.

PTC - or paid to click - sites are okay if you can find a legit one. My fave sites that are similar are Mypoints and Swagbucks. There's lots of other opps out there, you just have to find the ones that are legit.

Are you seriously looking to work from home with a good business using PTC...clicking for pennies? I'm all for making free cash flow, but let it get you on a path to something significant.

If you're in the US, you may want to try something like Amazon's Mechanical Turk. There are simple tasks that you can do each day for people that make a little more money than PTC sites.
That's still not really "good" money, but it's more than some of the others.
Of course, if you have decent writing skills or if you know how to do graphic design or other more technical things, you can apply for freelance jobs at places like odesk.com, getafreelancer.com, elance.com, etc.
Blessings, Angie

Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki both said if they could start all over again they would create their wealth through network marketing.
I definitely agree with them and I would go with a company that fits your personality with product(s) that fit your interests. Naturally, the product(s) should also be ones that you believe in and that you personally use. For instance, since I am in the health profession, I chose to go with the health and wellness industry and share a product that has benefited me and the lives of other people I have had the opportunity to share with. It comes naturally because of my background and my belief in the product.
As with all companies, do your due diligence. Make sure they have a solid product, a solid executive team that doesn't hide and keeps the members updated, and make sure you have an open line of communication with the company.
Pick a strong team in your chosen company who has good support, good communication to work with and don't give up. Then, you will go far =).

Hi Moonheart,
I'm going to quote myself from a previous post on this one because I don't have the time right now to add on much more to what I'd said before about the full.... I don't know, "package of offerings out there", if you will. There are other approaches out there, but here's a summary of common ways folks make money online:
Singapoor: 1) an affiliate marketing system and earn by endorsing products they know and like. 2) home party plan businesses (i.e. - Avon, Mary Kay, Melaleuca, Shaklee, etc.) 3) a blog and get paid advertising revenue (which seems to be a combination of pay-per-click as well as directly getting cheques from advertisers as is the case with blogs like Dooce) 4) an IFW system (i.e. - filling out surveys and offers, etc.) 3a) I guess GPT and PTC systems could also be grouped here. 5) a home based.... I guess you can call them home based telecommuting position and freelancing routine (i.e. - oDesk, virtual assisting, graphic design, medical transcribing, etc. as well as various agent companies like Alpine Access, West, and Cloud 10, etc.) 6) a product of their own. And in doing so, they make their money through the marketing and sale of this product online (i.e. - ebooks, webinars, crafts, coaching, etc.). 6a) I guess setting up an ebay shop would be a variant of that too, if what's done is buying over someone else's stuff (or the rights to someone else's stuff) and using ebay like a virtual specialty shop with niche inventory that you acquire from various sources. 7) research based/analytical (i.e. - being a virtual juror through sites like ejuror, genealogists, answering questions like with just answer, Cha Cha, etc.) Due to 1) the fact that you used the word "job" and 2) the fact that you're currently using the PTC model to generate income, maybe something in the 6/7 area would fit what you're looking for. I hope that helps a bit .

You can earn some money through affiliate marketing. You can also find some freelance jobs on craigslist, webmaster forums, and freelance marketplaces. Best of luck.

Affiliate marketing is free and, to some extent, genuine if you are doing it with the right people, you only need to be prepared for the rigors involved in it. You may also try online freelancing if you have some skills you can offer for hire there.

I really wanted to give you some quality information that will make you real money, but I've learned it's no use offering advice to someone who's clearly focused on just "making money home with a job".
PTC's?
Do people not understand that those websites pay you 10x less than working a nine to 5?
I saw a PTC website that hyped up .005 per email read was a good thing...insane...but anyways, good luck with finding those PTC's

PTC's are earning pennies. You should make big like affiliate marketing, adsense or CPA. You can promote them with free sites like squidoo, blogspot, or hubpages.
You can be amazed of how much you can earn when you learn all the strings in it.

There are plenty of legit work at home jobs out there. I'm trying to compile enough small freelance style jobs to earn $400 a month by December and I've got a pretty decent start.
My goal right now is to earn $200 through non phone jobs this month, and I'm publicly tracking my progress for those who want to do the same, or just see how I do. I'm already nearly 1/2 way there this month and the month isn't even half over so I'm super excited.
If you're looking for jobs that don't require phone work, they're a little harder to come by, but I'll pm you a few good ones that I know of.
If you're looking for work at home phone jobs there are a few companies hiring right now including Alpine Access (don't bother with AA if you have bad credit), TeleTech, Convergys, and ACD Direct. Most of them will charge a small fee for background checks/training/certification - but the companies I've listed ARE legit.
Always research a company that asks for cash for things like that though, because many are scams - I know the ones above are not though

Personally I prefer Paid Surveys. Try them, you don't need any skills.

You can make a good amount of money doing work for other marketers. People need articles written, things bookmarked, rss feeds submitted, back links built. There's a lot of good money that can be made providing services for others.

I suggest you start with affiliate marketing. Don't fall for the get rich quick schemes. There is a lot of work involved. Browse through clickbank and choose a few good products and start promoting them, using free traffic generation techiniques first.
