Thank you, gowriter,

All of what you said makes a lot of sense. But it's funny you should mention writing or blogging! What I did decided to do was to start the 30 day challenge and everything was going just fine UNTIL I REACHED THE PART OF WRITING MY BLOG!!! I hit a wall! For 3,4 days now, I have been trying so hard to write about my niche, after copying many articles into GoogleDoc. I came to the conclusion that I am going to pay a good friend of mine to do it for me!! Thing is, she is an excellent writer and may be losing her 9-5 job soon, I was really going to talk her into writing for content sites. You mentioned the 2 freelance writing sites for which you work ..... This info is what I'd like to pass on to her. What a timely post you made!--- I was just fixin' to send her an email! Thanks!!! But as for me, this is my weakest spot!

Hello Trevee

I must apologize in that I haven't read all the posts here - so if what I'm saying is repeated, please ignore.

Content is king on the web, and it is possible to generate an income from a content-rich web site. It will require the writing of the content - giving your own personal touch, which in turn leads to your visitors trusting and liking you - that's key to gaining success with a content site. A great free resource about writing quality content is Make Your Content PREsell - free resource offered by SiteSell.

I've had my first site for 5+ years, and the traffic (and income) has moved upward, and continues that trend. I've just recently started my second site, and there's no doubt in my mind it'll go exactly the same way as the first.

I regard my sites as businesses, and both done using Site Build It, the only real online business building system that I'm aware of.

Hope that helps.

Best regards.

Colin

If you're are looking to start something on the side and are looking for affiliate marketing like mentioned above I would recommend The 30 Day Challenge. I went through it a couple months ago and it was very enlightening.

To your freedom and success,

Joel

Most get stuck writing because they don't know what to write about. If you look into your niche and find out the questions others are asking, you can write about solutions to their question.

I get a lot of article ideas this way. Give it a try, it may all start to flow.

Hello,

I am a relative newbie to trying to make money online and am pretty desperate (motivated) to make it work. I am using the My Online Income System (MOIS) which has a great 60 day program to help you learn all the options and concepts that you need in a very comprensive step by step program.

I think it is the best online learning system for new internet marketers out there

Do something you enjoy doing and can be passionate about..As you already know there are alot of opportunites out there....But choose one that works best for you...Ask yourself "if there wasnt a compensation plan attached to this service, opportunity, or product would i still use it?" If you say yes ..theres your answer...i hope this helps

you could try amazon mechanical turk. it's free to join and all you do is complete simple tasks for money - sometimes its as little as 1 cent and others more. i've made a couple bucks doing it and it sure as heck beats the paid to stuff out there. i'd suggest you get ahold of me to start in the business i'm in but it's $25 to start right now.

I would avoid MLM's at the beginning and focus on selling a product or a service. If you don't have a product or don't have something you feel can people will pay for then become an Affiliate and sell someone else's product.

The biggest skill you need to learn is marketing which you can find out about on this site. But that one skill will make you more money then anything else.
