Hello Lanita,

Are you asking how to make a keyword rich article? Or how to write one with proper English?

I believe the second one might be a little too broad...

Does it matter what language you need to write in? Are you targeting certain demographics that may have a different primary language?

Matt

lanitap:
for all demographics.

What are you promoting or writing about may I ask?

This post may be of some use for you.

If your going to sell chickens to a farmer.... Make sure he's not a dairy Farmer

Did you do your keyword research? Do you have a list of keywords that you are wanting to use in your article?

Who are you marketing to? What is the objective of the article?

A few simple rules for writing a keyword article is:

1) - Choose a few good keyword phrases

2) - Write a good article with the main keyword phrase in the following places...

a)in the title
b)every hundred words or so
c)in the bio box as anchor text - (meaning your phrase should be linking to your website, blog or Squidoo lens)

There are other tips and tricks to writing good articels but the MAIN trick is finding the right keyword phrases and as Matt is saying...

Thanks M5,

I think I was making the answer much harder than it needed to be.

I'm sure the advice you gave was what they were looking for .

I don't know why, but keywords are so much fun .

Oh great!

That topic is FILLED with lots of subtopics =].

Are you planning to write on squidoo or your own blog or what?

A good way to do it is separate blogs or separate squidoo articles and link them all together =].

So pick out the specific topics that interest you.

Write good information on each topic.

Link all of your pages together along with your offers.

All while writing keyword rich articles specific to what you are promoting =].

Good luck!

Matt

Reality dictates the keywords that are most important are in the "TITLE"

The rest is merely writing a sincere article. Don't try to be keyword sensitive because the search engines can tell if you're merely planting key words. Write a Great Keyword Title and then be sincere in your body.

The trick to Keywords is: Find Low Competition - highly lucrative keywords.

You need to find phrases that people are going to want to pay money for - let the market tell you what it wants.

Do keyword research using the Google Adwords Keyword tool. What you want to do is start out with a general keyword and get more specific from there - typically speaking the most targetted keywords contain at least 3 or 4 words. Make sure to use the keywords in the title, including the metatags, and throught your article.

If it were me, and since I use Site Build It!, I would use the Brainstormer tool to research my topic. I would find desirable keywords I would use for my article and as said above, I would write a very good, high quality article that really helps people.

Then I would create a backlink to one of my site's pages if I could - either in the article itself or in my signature/profile. This page would contain more content on the same subject or related subject that would help people find more of what they're looking for. I think using the Brainstormer is kind of key, because it helps you determine variations of different keywords that give you clues what people are looking for. It goes much deeper than the Google tools and gives much more analytical data.

Anyway, that's my take on it.

I presume you already did your research regarding the keywords you are going to use in your article. So, how to write a keyword article?

Here's what I do:

Get information on the keywords you are looking at. Look at the search engines and figure out what the competition is saying about those keywords. Look at their meta descriptions and think of a way to make yours stand out more AND offer quality to the reader so that they will 'click'. This is a great way to also research your subject!

Use extra related words wherever you can. I use search tools to help me. One free one is http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/. I try to use a few of the top words related to my search term and pepper them through the article. This not only helps your customer optimize for their keywords but also looks at the Long Tail of search engine marketing which means you are actually giving them more value for their money which can get them coming back! If my keyword is a phrase, I try to not only use it as is but also to break it up as well.

Look at your long list of keywords and try to come up with an idea for each word. If you just start writing without a plan, you will get repetitive and struggle to come up with ideas. Instead, try to come up with as many different ideas as you have articles (if there aren't too many). If my keyword were Google and I had to write five articles, I might tackle it like this:

-A Brief History of Google
-How Google Changed Search Engine Dynamics
-What Is In The Google Lab?
-What did we do before Google?
-Is Google Trying To Take Over The World?

Your articles will be easier to write because you have a focus. The keywords will flow in the articles naturally instead of you having to struggle to sprinkle them in to articles about nothing.

After you are done, look at a keyword analysis tool to help you determine if you've hit your mark. (Here's one: http://www.live-keyword-analysis.com/) If your articles are easier to read, they'll look better to the human readers. If they're at the right level with keywords and related words, the software readers will like them too and you'll get through your project easier and be beloved by your real readers.

Good Luck

(Thanks to Dana Prince)

I find the best way to write a SEO optimized keyword article, is to put the EXACT Keyword in the beginning of the TITLE... then in the 1st sentance, last sentance, and in the body. Put 1 exact keyword for every 100 words you write...so a typical 500 word article, would have your keyword in there 5 times total...

dont go crazy w/ it, make it look natural...write for the audience too!

This is a good quote "Remember this rule: The more specific the keyword the less competition and the more sales you will make." It was taken from this good article:
