How To Mask You Affiliate URL

Let's face it, having a made up affiliate url link in a sig file or in an advert screems beginner, right. To counteract this problem there is a more professional solution compared to the free tiny url and all the other similar options.

For this you will need your own self hosted website with cpanel access. Within the cpanel should be an icon the reads "redirects" click on this link and it will enable you to create your very own redirected affiliate link. The link result will look far more professional, as it will be something like www.yourwebsite.com/shoes for an affiliate program called "shoes".

If the website is down, I suppose you lose the affiliate income

There are some websites that will mask your url
- tinyurl.com
- shorturl.com
