I found few sites that pay you to answer questions:

WebAnswers.com - pays with revenue sharing.
ChaCha.com - $3-9/hr for answering questions.
JustAnswer.com - variety of paid questions for various rates
AnswerJem.com -pays $9-$45 per answer.
Ascables.com - pays with revenue sharing.

Why not to use them?

Have you made any income from these sites & do they ask you to pay a up front fee.

No income yet, just found them. I still investigating this issue.

These sites are all free, their source of revenue is AdSence also they sell your answers.
