So, a few weeks ago clickbank informed me that my direct deposit was rejected because my banking information was wrong. I checked with my bank, and all of my banking info was correct. I tried to contact clickbank via email multiple times and they have not responded. Same deal with the phone number. They will not get back to me. I've now had around 3 paychecks get rejected and have no idea what to do. Has anyone had any trouble contacting clickbank?

Where do you stay? They say that if your banking information is incorrect, they will send the paychecks by mail.

I just get mine sent by mail. Never had a problem with that.

Well yes, I have now changed my method to check instead of direct deposit. I didn't know that they would continue to be rejected or i would have changed it after the first time. Thanks guys.

This is exactly the reason I have my checks mailed. An address is a lot less data entry for some kid to screw up when compared to an account #, routing #, bank name, etc.
