I got into a cash gifting program, which only costs 100 dollars to join.
To "promote" and have others send you money, you had to buy a package - which I did. It was around 600 bucks.
To date (which I joined about 1 1/2 years ago), I received exactly... zilch. Nada, nothing, zero. Oh, I got a lot of emails, which I was supposed to turn over to the program administrator - and I did. But from then on, nothing else happened.
So is cash gifting a scam? Well, the program I joined flopped for me. I'll NEVER join another one no matter how great it sounds because I've learned my lesson.

People are frightened of not only losing their money but also being tagged by law enforcement for cash gifting and I don't blame them with all the hype and incorrect information that is spread throughout the net on Cash Gifting. Cash gifting in it's pure form is not illegal but what I am hearing from those that know the law or tax attorneys is that the minute you promote cash gifting as a business for the benefit of the promoter then it take on a different definition and thus becomes illegal.
People try to justify their promotions as doing a good for others but in reality is that they are and cash gifting for their own benefit.
There are some other facilities that are legit businesses out there that offer the benefits of Cash gifting or Cash Leveraging but completely legal. You will probably have to do a little digging but it may be worth your while and peace of mind. I know of a couple of which one is a non for profit organization actually doing good for their beneficiaries and the other I think is called iwin123. Your choices are very limited but your peace of mind and the opportunity to make legit money is there for you when you find the right one for you. Do your home work and see what they offer and ask the hard questions. Make sure the opportunity or home based business has a reputation, preferably a good one and that they have a product base that is productive and viable.
Make sure the business has a mentorship program and marketing system that works. If you find one, and I know if you are serious, you will make sure that most of these criterias are in place. Good luck.
