I am a stay at home mom. I am interested in a work at home JOB not business. I do not want to do surveys.. tried that very briefly...hated all the pop-ups for the next survey... and you have to buy things to get the great "deals" they are offering, not for me. I do not have money to invest... which is why I don't want a business... I want a job... any suggestions?

Good luck!

You will not find something that pays by the hour unless you want to do telemarketing with places like West... and even then it is more by piecework than by the hour.

It is simply hard to find stuff like that but over at the wahm.com forum there are a lot of moms that are doing telemarketing and they may be able to hlep you with that.

Hi Kasandra,

I earn a full-time living doing transcription work for national companies. One of the companies that I work for is called Speak-
Write and they pay hourly. You schedule your shifts two weeks in advance. (I also have heard they've opened up hiring more transcritionists recently !

Another place you could check out is freelance writing for Associated Content or Demand Studios. Their legit, no upfront costs, just start writing and get paid!

Good luck to you!
Diane

Dear kasandrakline,
I think you have a wrong prospective on taking paid surveys.
I don't know which companies you used to take your paid surveys, but the way I do it I manage to squeeze the on-line survey companies for about $500 each month.

I think you should reconsider you approach or sign-up for other PAYING survey companies.

Hi telesales is not everyone's idea of fun but it pays well and is very flexible. My wife does this and the hourly rate is excellent but only because most people are afraid to give it a try. The pay is entirely or mostly commission but I would definitely consider it.

Create a profile for elance.com and bid on some projects that you are qualified to do. You can get paid lots of money for things like writing, web design, and more!
